Mặc dù công thức khá nhẹ nhàng, nhưng việc phải rửa sạch mỗi lần sử dụng thực sự làm tôi cảm thấy phiền phức, nên cuối cùng tôi đã ngừng dùng nó. Sản phẩm này nhẹ nhàng và không gây ra vấn đề gì đặc biệt cho da tôi, nhưng việc rửa sạch nó đi thực sự là một rắc rối lớn. Cả hai phiên bản đều nói về cùng một vấn đề - sản phẩm có công thức tốt nhưng quy trình rửa sạch quá phiền phức khiến người dùng mất hứng thú. Phiên bản đầu tiên tự nhiên hơn và thể hiện rõ hành trình từ thử nghiệm đến từ bỏ, trong khi phiên bản thứ hai nghe có phần tiêu cực hơn.

Most wash-off masks on the market are basically mud masks, but this birch one applies smoothly, feels incredibly soothing, and I absolutely love it Why didn't you promote this more? It's just moisturizing, nothing special. Doesn't really do anything remarkable!!!!! So-so I was expecting something super hydrating and soothing with a gel-like texture, but it didn't deliver that feeling at all. I tried using it instead of a modeling mask after removing oil, but the results were disappointing

Though I have to admit, I'm not entirely sure how to describe it! I picked this up based on a recommendation, and I have to say it's incredibly easy to use. What really impressed me is how well it hydrates and moisturizes my skin. If you leave it on for more than 15 minutes, it can clog your pores and cause breakouts. Make sure to rinse it off promptly! This product really delivers on hydration. It's gentle and non-irritating, leaving my skin feeling calm and comfortable. I wish it felt fresher when I rinse it off with water. Since it's a cream formula, it leaves a sticky residue that I found a bit disappointing. Perfect for everyday use! I love applying it during my shower and then washing my face with it. I don't feel much hydration from it, which is disappointing.

I used it with my family and we all loved how refreshingly cool it felt! The downside is that the results seem to fade unless you're constantly using the mask or keeping it in a cool place!
