I haven't used it long enough to really speak to the results yet, but I'm loving how sleek and practical the packaging is. It stores beautifully and keeps everything organized! The pieces are way too large and honestly, they're really difficult to use.

They're clumping together badly. The capsules stick to each other and won't separate no matter what I do. I'm not sure if it's a moisture sensitivity issue or something else, but honestly, they're unusable. My PMS symptoms have really improved. I personally used to experience breast tenderness and discomfort, and that's the area that's seen the most noticeable improvement. It's quite pricey. When I take it, my cycle tends to get longer, and it goes back to normal when I stop. On hot days like these, the tablets stick together and are hard to dispense. My cycle varies month to month, so it's hard to say for certain, but after taking this supplement, my first period was noticeably easier—I barely experienced any cramping. I usually get terrible lower back pain during that time, but this month it was completely gone. The pills themselves don't have any unpleasant odor either. Results can really vary from person to person. My friend who tried it at the same time didn't notice much of a difference. Also, the pills are pretty large and you have to take two of them, so swallowing might be challenging for some people.

After using it, I can definitely say my PMS symptoms have gotten so much better! The capsules are pretty large, which made them difficult for me to swallow. As someone who already struggles with taking pills, this was a bit of a hassle.
