    True - User Experience I was worried that this hair loss relief shampoo might have weak cleansing power or not produce enough lather, but I can honestly say those concerns are completely unfounded! The shampoo feels nourishing without being heavy, and it leaves your hair feeling refreshed and moisturized at the same time. You don't need to use much product either - the lather is still beautifully rich and abundant. I absolutely recommend it! True - Fragrance The scent is absolutely wonderful! It's fresh and clean with herbal notes plus a subtle masculine fragrance touch (but in a good way - it's actually a great scent for women too!). Honestly, the fragrance and the way it feels on my hair alone make me want to repurchase this product. Bonus note: It reminds me of Aesop's signature scent! That's a huge compliment! True - Hair Loss Relief I use this shampoo together with the brand's tonic product, so I can't speak to the shampoo's solo performance, but I've definitely noticed less breakage, healthier hair overall, and a stronger scalp. I just bought the shampoo this time around, and after using it for about a month, I'll be adding the tonic back into my routine. True - Price You can find this product at various retailers, and from what I've tracked, the lowest price I've seen is around 20,000 won.
    The shampoo comes with an ampoule that you have to mix in yourself, and while I'm sure there's a reason for this formula, I find it pretty inconvenient. I wish there was a pre-mixed version available instead. Plus, it creates a lot of packaging waste, which isn't ideal. I'd really love to see a refill option come out to help reduce waste.
    This brand runs regular sales, so I'd recommend waiting for a discount and grabbing it when the price drops!

    I absolutely loved this product from the moment I opened it! The packaging itself is so stylish and unique that I'd be thrilled to receive this as a gift just for the unboxing experience. The scent isn't overpowering, but it has a fresh, clean soap-like fragrance that I personally really enjoy. I'm used to shampoos that create tons of lather, and while this gel-formula shampoo doesn't produce as much foam, it's honestly not a concern at all. What really impressed me is how I felt the difference right from the rinse. With my previous shampoos, my hair would get tangled and feel dry, but this moisturizing shampoo feels like I've applied a treatment mask. My hair is noticeably smoother and less prone to tangling, which is honestly my favorite thing about it. I also noticed that after washing, my scalp feels incredibly refreshed and invigorated, almost like there's a hint of mint, but in the best way possible. It leaves me feeling energized and happy after every wash. I haven't been able to use it for more than a couple of weeks due to my schedule, but I'm definitely planning to come back with a full review after a few more weeks of use.
    The only downside I found is that the product is a gel formula, so when I pour it into my container, a bit of it stays stuck in the original bottle, which feels wasteful. But honestly, that's the only thing I'd change about it. Everything else is fantastic!
