      The color is absolutely gorgeous, and the fragrance lingers beautifully! It has this lovely rose scent that feels a bit rich and cool at first, but as it settles on your skin, that cool edge melts away and transforms into something warm and comforting. I made sure to test it out first and check how the scent develops before I bought it, and I'm so glad I did!
      Since fragrance is really all about personal preference, I'd definitely recommend trying it on your skin first before making a purchase!

      A deep, blood-red rose fragrance that consistently earns descriptions like luxurious cognac-soaked petals and the cool elegance of urban roses. This scent truly lives up to its sophisticated reputation. Top notes: Rose and geranium Middle notes: Palmarosa, patchouli, and rose absolute Base notes: Moss and honey There's no denying this fragrance has an intoxicating allure. La Fille de Berlin literally translates to "the girl from Berlin." The perfumer captured the essence of Marlene Dietrich, a singer and actress who rose to fame around World War II. Her sophisticated, cool yet undeniably sexy presence, combined with that husky, sensual voice, is beautifully expressed in this scent. For me, Serge Lutens fragrances embody a rich, intense sophistication that feels distinctly mature. Though I already consider myself grown up, I own several of his creations. What I find most striking about Serge Lutens' signature is how dark and mysterious his accords feel. This fragrance projects beautifully with excellent longevity and sillage. Its deep black rose color means I avoid wearing it with white shirts, blouses, or light-colored clothing. This is the fragrance that draws me into an enchanting world of darkness. It's unmistakably a femme fatale scent.
      It's lovely, but fair warning: once you fall for it, you'll be lost in its spell for quite a while before you can escape. That said, this isn't a fragrance that's simple or easy to wear.
