It reminds me a bit of the discontinued Johnson's Baby lotion in that classic yellow bottle. After I shower in the evening and apply this, I feel so comforted and uplifted. The scent is truly luxurious and sophisticated. Even though the fragrance is rich and full, the finish is incredibly fresh and weightless. I was worried it might not moisturize enough, but my skin actually feels incredibly soft, smooth, and supple. It's not dry at all. The product doesn't spread as easily as I'd like, and it has a thick consistency, so I need to rub it in several times. It's a bit tedious, but the lovely scent keeps me going. I love that I can enjoy a lovely scent at such an affordable price compared to perfume. The staying power is impressive too—since I'm applying it all over my body, the fragrance lasts even longer than traditional perfume would. The scent is pure soap, but it's like concentrated, rich soap fragrance that really comes through. Using this on its own wasn't ideal for me because the moisturizing power felt lacking, and the fragrance was so strong that applying it all over my body actually gave me a slight headache. It affected not just me, but my friend next to me too. I've found the perfect solution by mixing it with an unscented body emulsion that has great moisturizing properties. Now I get the hydration I need and the fragrance is beautifully subtle. This is how I'm using it now and I'm really happy with the results.
