    I've tried Chorok's rose water a few times, but since there are so many toners available, I took a break and switched to Tonico. I'm absolutely loving it! The hydration is outstanding, there's no tightness, and I'm genuinely thrilled with how it performs. Since my skin doesn't tend to break out easily, switching products wasn't an issue for me. I use it morning and night, and because it's not season-dependent, I can rely on it year-round without any concerns.
    It's not a major drawback for me, but when I first apply it, the scent feels quite strong. It does fade after a few minutes, but if you're sensitive to fragrance, this might be challenging for you.
    I'd recommend pouring it directly into your hand or applying it with a cotton pad instead of using the spray. The spray dispenser isn't consistent, and it tends to make you use more product than you actually need.

    Santa Maria Novella Tonic for Skin Review 1. Skin Type Mid-30s combination skin with textured areas and uneven tone. I struggle with occasional breakouts, and my skin tends to be extremely dry in some areas while my T-zone gets quite oily and shiny. 2. Feel During Use This works beautifully as an exfoliating toner without feeling heavy or irritating. When I layer it, there's no stickiness, just a refreshing hydrated feel. Every time I use it, the subtle floral scent lifts my mood. Compared to the Rose Water I first tried from Santa Maria Novella, this formula feels more refined in texture, fragrance, and overall performance, so I find myself reaching for it constantly. 3. Application The texture isn't runny like a typical watery toner, but it has a light, fluid consistency with just enough body. It absorbs quickly when I apply it by hand, and when I use a cotton pad, it glides smoothly across my skin without any irritation. It feels lightweight yet hydrating, making it perfect for my combination skin. 4. Hydration Level Layering it twice gives me that deep moisture boost I'm looking for. My dry areas become dewy almost instantly, while my oily T-zone stays balanced without becoming greasy. My skin texture looks noticeably refined, so it's great to use before makeup application. 5. Would I Repurchase Absolutely. It's gentle, genuinely hydrating, and the fragrance is lovely. I'm on my second bottle and definitely plan to buy again. My skin looks smoother, my makeup applies beautifully, and this has become one of my favorite toners.
    The glass bottle is a bit heavy, but the premium feel of the glass packaging makes up for it, so it's not really a drawback.
    After cleansing, while my skin is still slightly damp, I saturate a cotton pad with this toner and gently apply it across my face. Then I layer it again as a hydrating mask treatment. This two-step approach leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and moisturized.
