Love it - Great lather, pleasant scent, refreshing scalp feel, less itching While it doesn't completely eliminate dandruff, I've been using this consistently because my scalp tends to get oily and itchy. I wanted to share an honest review based on my real experience, so I hope this helps! Product Summary First off, this shampoo does a lot. It's designed to address dandruff, excess oil, hair loss, and soothe the scalp. The scent is described as ocean breeze - think of it as having that cool, minty, refreshing vibe. It's perfect for warmer weather like we're experiencing now. When I use the right amount with water, it creates a rich, luxurious lather. After washing, my scalp feels incredibly refreshed. My scalp isn't particularly sensitive, and switching to this product didn't cause any irritation or problems. I do have sensitive facial skin, and I'm usually cautious when trying new shampoos since I can get hives around my chin and hairline. But this one didn't trigger any reactions (just sharing my personal experience since I have reactive skin). Since my sensitive skin handled this well, I'd say people with sensitive scalps or skin can feel confident using it without worry. After drying, the scent lingers subtly, and my hair feels noticeably softer. I kept using the same conditioner but switched only the shampoo, so I could really feel the difference in my hair texture. I appreciate that it contains natural ingredients like pine leaf extract, raspberry root, carrot leaf, yuzu, and other botanical extracts, even though I'm not sure of the exact concentrations. The cooling sensation isn't overly intense. • What I loved: The rich foam makes it easy to cleanse every corner of my face thoroughly. The gentle cooling effect makes the cleansing process feel comfortable.
