It's a plant-based omega-3 with a combined EPA and DHA content of 900mg at 80% purity. Now, omega-3 does have that characteristic fishy smell, but honestly it's barely noticeable when I take it—just a slight hint that's totally manageable. It goes down smoothly. I take two capsules daily and think of it as investing in my future health. My circulation feels great, and I don't experience any discomfort.
