      The scent stays remarkably consistent from start to finish and has impressive longevity. I typically gravitate toward gourmand fragrances along with woody, powdery, spicy, and musky notes. Floral and fruity scents aren't really my thing. This fragrance hits that sweet spot for my preferences, though I'm not entirely convinced it justifies the premium price tag. The coconut note is definitely noticeable, but I'd describe it more as a watery coconut rather than a sweet, creamy one. That watery quality actually diminishes the appeal for me a bit. When I look at the listed notes, coconut isn't explicitly mentioned, yet I can detect all the listed ingredients blending together to create what I perceive as a watery coconut effect. It's neither overly formal nor casual, so it works with any outfit without feeling out of place. The vibe is genuinely neutral. Because of that versatility, I found myself reaching for it constantly without even thinking about what to wear it with, which is kind of ironic. I'm usually not a fan of receiving fragrances as gifts, but I actually finished this entire bottle despite receiving it as a present and despite it not being my favorite scent. The no-fuss nature of it meant I used it frequently, making it the second fragrance I've emptied fastest after my absolute favorite. That said, I won't be repurchasing. It's simply not my style. There's nothing off-putting about it, but it doesn't captivate me either. I've never received negative feedback, but I've never gotten compliments either. It's just genuinely unremarkable for such an expensive fragrance. While fragrances are pricey these days, this one feels overpriced for what is essentially a safe, middle-of-the-road scent. This fragrance's greatest strength is also its weakness: its inoffensive blandness. If you want to wear a fragrance but can't be bothered maintaining a varied collection, this will serve you just fine.
      The high price combined with that watery quality in the scent is disappointing.

      The lingering scent is surprisingly fresh and has this wonderful green, herbal quality to it.
      That said, the initial scent comes across as a bit heavy and cloying, so I found it works better for me when I apply it ahead of time before heading out.
