Skin Type: Combination, Prone to Breakouts, Large Pores, Sensitive Key Ingredients: Fragrance, Spanish Licorice Root Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, BHT, Damask Rose Flower Oil, Rosehip Oil. Since these active ingredients are included, if you're someone whose skin gets easily irritated by even small amounts of problematic ingredients, please be cautious! Oil-Moisture Balance: This is definitely a rich nighttime product with plenty of oil content! I'd recommend building up a solid hydration routine before using it. I applied it to my cheeks, chin, and the area between my nose and upper lip where I have less oil, and I noticed more oil production there compared to my untreated nose and forehead. The formula contains Spanish Licorice Root Extract which is great for oily skin, plus Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Vitamin E which are wonderful for dry skin. If you have oily skin, I'd suggest using this on your lips or body instead. Those with dry skin should find this works beautifully! With six moisture-locking ingredients included, this seems perfect for winter use. Makeup Compatibility: I tested using this as a highlighter after makeup, but it didn't deliver much of an effect. It seems much better suited as a skincare product instead! Results: The ingredients are solid, so I didn't experience any skin irritation or sensitivity issues. The stick format is fantastic because there's virtually no product waste. That said, applying it to elbows and cuticles is a bit awkward, so I found myself skipping those areas. Since this product creates a protective coating rather than absorbing quickly, everything rubs off onto your clothes after application. However, this coating does create a moisture barrier that locks in hydration really well. The formula is also quite soft, so you'll go through it fairly quickly. I haven't seen results for fine lines or brightening yet, so I'll need more time to evaluate those benefits. Here's the best part though: when I apply this to my lips before bed, I wake up with noticeably less flaking compared to using regular lip balm! If you're looking for serious lip care, this is absolutely worth trying. I really appreciated how convenient and portable this product is. It's so easy to use whenever I need it. Since this product comes into direct contact with my skin, I'm a bit concerned about potential contamination or hygiene issues.
