Before and After Spray Strength: 4.5/5 You know how crucial spray strength is for a mist formula, right? Since you're applying it directly to your face, you don't want it shooting out in one heavy burst that feels too intense, and you definitely don't want those weak little sprays that force you to pump it multiple times. This product? It hits that sweet spot perfectly! For setting sprays, one or two sprays aren't enough, as you probably know. The product sets based on the water droplets that land on your skin, so your face needs to be thoroughly moistened. Usually you need about four sprays, but with this one, four sprays distribute evenly across your face without any hassle! Moisture & Setting Power: 4/5 (based on oily skin type) (Please keep in mind that the oily skin tester used this during summer) To achieve flawless makeup that lasts all day, I continuously layer this setting spray throughout my makeup application. Since this product is formulated as a luminizing setting spray, during summer my oily skin couldn't handle multiple layers without getting too dewy. That said, the hydration is seriously impressive! As the drier seasons approach, I know I'll be reaching for this constantly. As I mentioned earlier, most setting sprays require multiple layers, but this one? Just one spray and your makeup stays put. The staying power is incredible! I was sweating quite a bit, and my base remained completely intact. Can you believe that? The setting power is absolutely outstanding! Fragrance: 5/5 Since I spray setting products multiple times, whenever I use those famous setting sprays, I literally hold my breath before spraying. This product has no artificial fragrance whatsoever—just a pleasant, subtle scent that makes me happy every single time I use it! Recommendations: - If you have dry skin, you can use this year-round regardless of season! Other setting sprays can feel too drying, so I highly recommend this one. - If you have oily skin, I'd suggest using this during every season except summer. - If you love a glowing makeup look, just buy it without hesitation. - If you prefer a matte finish, I recommend spraying this and then setting with powder on top. I do prefer a fine mist spray, so it's a bit disappointing that this doesn't deliver that ultra-fine mist effect. I love that this comes in a mist format because it's so easy to spritz on lightly. It's perfect for setting my makeup after I'm done applying it. Once I spray it on, my skin texture looks so refined and put-together. The best part is that it doesn't leave me looking shiny or overly glossy, which I really appreciate. When I use it over my base makeup, it's absolutely perfect! Since the application isn't even, I'm nervous about using it at all. 2. Everyone says it has this amazing glow, but... Right when I first spray it, there's this shine, but then that glow just disappears after a moment. Since it's not a fine mist, it can't create that even, dewy finish I need. That's the biggest problem—it makes it really hard to prep my base properly. 3. Beyond having to wait around forever in the morning before I can apply my base, there's another issue. Once I do apply my base, I get this intense dry feeling underneath, like when a hyaluronic acid ampoule just doesn't work with your skin. 4. Honestly, I couldn't adjust to it after two weeks, so I put it away thinking I'd try it in summer. Then when the heat kicked in at the end of June, I pulled it back out. Whether I'm using less foundation or less base prep, the dryness is still there. After about a month of use, nothing terrible happened, but I started getting these tiny little bumps, my makeup was lifting like crazy, it wasn't setting right, and my skin tone looked really dark. I'm pretty convinced this is an allergic reaction—the same thing that happens when I use base products loaded with silicone. 5. I finished my regular water mist and bought this instead, but I really miss the fine mist spray, the glow, and the hydration from my old one. Plus, it was more reasonably priced. 6. The glow prep base cream and the glow prep water from this brand just aren't my thing. When I use both together, my makeup completely lifts and gets patchy. I can't even layer foundation or cushion on top. This is the same reaction I get when I use foundations or cushions with silicone that my skin doesn't agree with—my makeup won't set, it lifts, and I get this itchy, slightly allergic feeling. 7. It's a product that keeps makeup in place for a long time, but it doesn't seem to be made for dry skin, especially aging skin. Especially for people like me who have a silicone sensitivity, it seems to cause a reaction. Allergic reaction to silicone ingredients. The mist spray isn't consistent. I bought this on a friend's recommendation, and when I use it with a base primer, my makeup barely shifts and the glow is absolutely incredible. The instructions say to apply it like a mist, so here's my routine: I spray it a couple of times over my skin prep base, then apply my favorite base primer and spray again. After that comes sunscreen (optional), followed by foundation or cushion compact, and I finish with a couple more spritzes. Honestly, my makeup stays put all day, my skin feels hydrated, and that luminous finish is just amazing! I spray the Armani Power Fabric bar onto my puff and apply it, and I love how it gives such a gorgeous shine! Not really anything to complain about. If I had to pick something, it's the price...? But honestly, that's about it.

It doesn't have that quick-burst feeling like a makeup setting spray, but since it's expensive, I want to apply it evenly just to the center of my face, and honestly that's tricky to do Works beautifully with the BB cushion I use I don't think it would look as nice paired with a cushion that has larger particles As time goes on, the finish becomes even more dewy, and honestly, I really needed this kind of glow, so I'm thrilled with it
