This is my go-to cleansing foam whenever my skin acts up. I absolutely recommend it for anyone whose skin feels incredibly irritated, tight, or prone to breakouts. My skin gets so sensitive during these times that I'm honestly nervous about cleansing, but this formula is genuinely so gentle. I've tried pretty much every "gentle" cleansing foam out there, and when my skin is compromised, this one is hands down the best. That said, if your skin isn't sensitive, you might feel like it's not cleansing thoroughly enough. When my skin is acting up, I do a water rinse in the morning, and by evening, I know there's definitely buildup that needs to be removed. So I use this cleanser, work up a nice lather, and cleanse properly. After keeping up this routine for a few days, my skin bounces back to normal.
