I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with eyeliner application. I loved that it's not too intense, so it's really forgiving to work with. This is shade 21 with deep undertones! As a student who loves keeping my makeup natural, this eyeliner is absolutely perfect for me. I was torn between the 30% and 70% options, but I went with the 70% and I'm so happy with my choice! Just lining my waterline makes my eyes look so bright and defined that I mostly stick to just filling in that area. Even when I extend the liner a bit more toward the outer corner, it doesn't look overdone or harsh at all. I'd definitely recommend this liner if you want something that doesn't feel heavy or overwhelming! The staying power is incredible too! The first day I used it, I only lined my waterline in the morning, and by evening my mom noticed and said my eyes looked extra sparkly and awake all day long! I've tried so many eyeliners in different formats like pencil and felt-tip, but it's really hard to find one that has a light color while still lasting all day. So I've been using lighter eyeliners meant for the lower lash line instead. But this one is amazing! It applies with a light color, builds up slightly darker with multiple layers, and the staying power is incredible. I was worried about longevity during summer, but when I remove my makeup, this liner is always the last thing to go. My makeup style has shifted toward lighter, cooler undertones lately, so I really needed a subtle liner. This is absolutely perfect for that. If you have a lighter skin tone, you have to try this. Plus, the price is so reasonable! The only downside is that I love it so much I use it every day and go through it quickly. When you draw it naturally along the shape of your eye corner, your makeup doesn't look heavy and you can subtly enhance your eye shape. Even if you've felt uncomfortable drawing on your upper lash line before, this light formula lets you apply it without worry. I usually skip lining my waterline because it makes my double eyelid look too harsh, but this liner is so light that a gentle line just above the waterline makes my eyes look naturally more defined. I'm using this more as an eyeliner than a shadow creator, and I love how it applies so smoothly and naturally! For a 70% concentration, it's a bit too light, so when I use it as an eyeliner, it sometimes smudges or fades throughout the day, which is disappointing. Spring warm soft tone, shades 19-21. The color payoff is absolutely incredible. The staying power is fantastic too. It's way too intense for me. Since I'm new to this product, I'm not sure if that's why, but even when I try to sheer it out, it looks like I've drawn on dark circles... Everyone raves about it, so I gave it a shot, but it just doesn't seem to work for my skin tone.
