    This pad is absolutely saturated with essence, so when you apply it to your skin, it adheres beautifully and feels so hydrating. You can even use it as a standalone moisturizing and vitamin treatment if you just leave it on, which is amazing. When I use it as an exfoliating toner, it really helps clear away dead skin cells and impurities. And if I use it before makeup, my foundation applies so much more smoothly and flawlessly. What I love most is how the pad is divided into four sections that peel apart easily, so I can target specific areas like my forehead, cheeks, and chin exactly where I need them. It's so convenient. Even on busy mornings, just a few minutes with this pad leaves my skin texture looking refined and polished. It's the perfect quick step in my daily routine before makeup. Since this one product works as both an exfoliating toner and a treatment mask, it's such a versatile multi-use item that I always pack it when I travel.
    I haven't noticed any downsides and I'm really happy using it. I'd definitely recommend it.

    I have quite a bit to say about this product, so let me break it down for you. When I first looked at the toner pads in the photos, I noticed they were wrapped up pretty heavily with tape all over them, and there's actually a reason why they had to be packaged that way. I'm not entirely sure if there was some subtle damage during shipping, but from the moment I opened it, the lid wouldn't close properly no matter how hard I tried. Plus, the pads inside weren't neatly arranged in a single layer like I'd seen in other reviews and YouTube videos. Instead, they were all flipped around messily, which honestly made me feel a bit uneasy. But since this was one of the toner pads I'd been really wanting to try, I decided to use it anyway. After using just one pad, I barely managed to close the lid and left it on my vanity. When I came back from going out, the lid had popped open on its own and had been sitting like that for hours. I got worried that the product might have gone bad, but since I'd only used one pad, I didn't want to waste it, so I tried using it a few more times. But every time I used it, my skin felt a bit itchy, so I've kind of put it aside for now. That said, the pads themselves are generously sized, which is great, and I normally love using Clarins products, so I really do want to keep using this one. But because the lid just won't close properly, I'm worried it'll deteriorate further, so I wrapped the whole thing in plastic wrap and even taped it shut. After that, I used it a few more times before setting it aside, and the wrap kept getting wrinkled and messy each time, so the whole thing looks pretty rough now. I'd love to get a fresh one and try it again if I get the chance, but my first experience was disappointing, which is really a shame.
    It's exactly what I described above. It's not really a flaw with the product itself, but rather I suspect something went wrong during the shipping process.
