I have a deep undertone and warm skin, and when I apply this tint, my face lights up like it's glowing under bright lights - it's absolutely gorgeous. The color is so beautiful, but since it was discontinued, I haven't been able to find another tint quite like it. I'm really missing it. Please bring it back, I'm begging you. I'm so disappointed that this was discontinued. Loyal fans of this product can't find a replacement anywhere. The staying power is impressive, and it has a lovely pink undertone. The color payoff is beautiful, which I really appreciate. I don't usually wear red lipstick, but I wanted to give it a try, so I tested it at the store before buying. It's actually a deeper plum-toned red that applies beautifully with a sophisticated, understated finish. This shade isn't as popular, so it seems to have been discontinued. The color is quite bold for everyday wear, but it's perfect for making a statement during summer when you want that extra pop. Peripera products are always such great value for money, and the quality is genuinely impressive every time I buy them! I'm really happy with them. What I love: The scent is wonderful! I've had issues with fragrance in other quality products before, but Peripera rarely has that problem, which I absolutely adore! Plus, the packaging design is really thoughtful compared to some other brands. The container opening is well-designed, and they offer such a beautiful variety of colors to choose from, making selection so fun! And most importantly, the pricing is fantastic! It's not just their lip products either - their foundations, eyeshadows, and other items across the board offer incredible value for the quality. I think students especially would find these products very affordable and worth purchasing! What disappointed me: When the tint sets, it develops a very pink tone. I'm not sure about other shades, but the number 4 I purchased this time became quite pink when it set, which caught me off guard. The tint I bought didn't turn out the color I expected. Once I applied it to my lips, as time passed, the color became incredibly intense and the pigmentation really popped out! The staining was extremely pink too. This shade wasn't quite right for my skin tone, but I think it would look absolutely stunning on anyone with deeper undertones. The pink-red color is really beautiful, and I loved how smooth and creamy it felt. It gave me that perfect dewy matte finish I was looking for. The tint transfers like crazy, and honestly, it disappears like magic the moment you eat or drink anything. A little goes a long way with this product - the color payoff is impressive. It applies with a beautifully blurred, diffused finish that looks so polished. I'm really happy that it doesn't emphasize dry patches or texture, which is a huge plus for me. The shade looks different when I'm applying it compared to how it actually sets on my skin - the color shift is noticeable. It has this bright, slightly chalky undertone that just doesn't complement my complexion the way I hoped it would.

That said, the color itself is absolutely gorgeous. I think this would be perfect for those with deeper undertones. It's great for everyday wear too. The staining is... way too pink. It doesn't smudge easily and the color is absolutely gorgeous. The compact size makes it super convenient to carry around with you. It feels a bit drying on my lips and can be quite sticky. Sometimes it's really hard to remove even with makeup remover.

I decided to give this one a try. Honestly, before I got my color analysis done, I mostly wore deep undertones and warm-toned makeup, so this shade felt like a natural fit without any hesitation. When I first saw this color, my immediate thought was that it wouldn't be limited to just warm tones. I felt like both cool and neutral skin tones could rock this shade beautifully. When I wear it with my warm-toned base, it definitely leans into that warm, cozy vibe. But if someone with a cool undertone applies it over their base, I think it would look absolutely stunning on them too. It's a gorgeous red-pink that works across the board. With other matte lipsticks, my lips get completely parched during winter, so I usually avoid wearing them in colder months. But this one has just enough moisture to keep my lips from feeling dry, so I can definitely wear it year-round. If you're looking for a matte lipstick to wear during winter, I highly recommend Peripera's Ink the Velvet line. :) Since it's a matte lipstick, if you take time to exfoliate and prep your lips properly before applying it, the color payoff will look even more beautiful.
