      I love that this plant-based omega-3 is gentle on my stomach. Taking it consistently has really made a difference—I feel less fatigued and managing my overall wellness has become so much easier. I've noticed it's been helpful for my circulation and skin health too.
      The capsules are a bit large, so swallowing them can be uncomfortable sometimes. Plus, there's a slight fishy aftertaste that comes with omega-3 supplements, which might take some getting used to at first.

      I've been dealing with high cholesterol and was looking for an omega-3 supplement when I discovered Promega's plant-based ALG omega-3 dual formula. Since it's plant-based, there's no fishy smell at all, and I really noticed my digestion felt so much better. Other omega-3 supplements I've tried have been huge, making them awkward to swallow, but these capsules are compact and go down so smoothly. I also heard it helps with dry eyes, which is perfect for me since I spend all day staring at a computer screen for work. This supplement is exactly what I needed!
      Out of all the omega-3 supplements I've tried so far, this one seems to work the best for me.
      Each dose comes individually wrapped, so it's super convenient to toss in my bag and take on the go.
