I've been using this for about 5 years now, and I've only needed to repurchase it twice. I honestly can't find another product that delivers such bold, precise lines while still looking natural and lasting this long. Once you get used to sharpening it, it's fine, but if you accidentally break the tip while sharpening, you can't help but feel a little sad thinking about the price. It works beautifully when you apply it hair-by-hair with light strokes. I heard that the seal brown shade has been discontinued in Korea, so once I finish what I'm using now, I'm planning to switch back to a different color in their hard formula. For me, it's like a ray of light! Even when I apply it carelessly, it looks natural and beautiful! If you bought it at duty-free, you have to sharpen it yourself, right? But honestly, once you get the hang of sharpening it, it's not really a big drawback at all! If you practice your sharpening technique and learn to sharpen it thinly and precisely, you can really find your perfect eyebrow match! While dark gray shades are available, brown tones are used much more frequently. I'm really satisfied with the product quality. The price point is quite steep. There aren't many retail locations to shop at. Even though K-beauty products are amazing, eyebrows still have a long way to go to match Shiseido. This one feels like you're drawing with a natural pencil stroke, and the color payoff is so subtle and realistic. Other brands tend to be way too oily and apply too heavily, which looks off. The downside is the price, honestly. Plus, it's not sold in Korea anymore, which is a bummer. I grabbed it when I was in Japan.
