Color: I initially thought the 0.5 Ice Beige shade would be super bright, so I bought it to add volume to my under-eye area. But when I used it with my skin tone (around NC17-19), I was surprised to find it wasn't as light as expected. Actually, it matched my natural skin tone perfectly, so I ended up using it differently than planned. If you have a lighter complexion, this might not be the best choice for you. Coverage: I noticed the coverage wasn't setting well when I applied it right over my base, so I tried setting it with powder first. That made a huge difference—the coverage became solid and it stayed put beautifully. The coverage is definitely not disappointing. Creasing: My under-eye area is naturally darker than the rest of my face, so when I apply a small amount to my under-eye, there's a slight lifting effect. Over time, I do notice some creasing and fine lines appearing, though it's not severe. When I apply it to areas with texture or dry patches (like skin flaking from past breakouts), it does tend to emphasize those spots a bit. Blendability: The formula glides on smoothly and blends nicely. That said, sometimes it doesn't blend evenly and clumps up a little. To fix this, I always warm it up on the back of my hand before applying, which reduces the clumping and helps it spread more seamlessly without looking patchy. Longevity: It's not incredibly long-lasting, but it holds up reasonably well. Since the formula has such a smooth application, the wear time isn't the longest, but it's still acceptable. I actually went in to buy The Saem concealer by mistake, but this ended up being my holy grail product! Even without tapping it in with my cushion, it gives such a beautiful finish and covers really well. I'm honestly obsessed with how it handles dark circles and blemishes. For covering blemishes and scars after foundation, I honestly didn't notice much difference between the 1.0 and 0.5 sizes. I use the 0.5 on top and the 1.0 underneath. You need to warm it up a bit in your hand before blending it on. I wish they'd release an automatic version too. I have really stubborn dark circles, and most concealers just don't cover them completely. But this one? It seriously covers everything. I was actually using The Saem's 3 Concealer religiously before this, and because my dark circles are so intense, I had to layer it at least three or four times to get decent coverage. With this pencil concealer, the coverage is so much better that just two layers does the trick. Plus, since it's a pencil, it's super convenient to use, and I'm not just using it for coverage anymore—I'm also using it as a highlight on my under-eye area, and it works beautifully. I'm definitely sticking with this one. The pencil format means you'll need to sharpen it, which can be a bit of a hassle. I'd recommend applying it gently—if you press too hard while drawing it on, it might cause the product to lift or flake. I also noticed that for skin tones in the 19-21 range, the lighter shades actually provide better coverage than the darker ones. I'm really happy with this product!!
