I grabbed this at a great price using my rewards points. Since I've been using this brand before, I felt confident picking it up again. I used to buy the version in the tin case, but this one is more affordable and creates way less waste, which I really appreciate. Honestly, there's nothing really to complain about. I bought a product with 100 servings and I've almost finished it all. Even though it's a powder formula, I figured using it consistently is better than letting it go to waste. The powder doesn't scatter everywhere, and the taste is actually really pleasant. I can't really say I've noticed any dramatic results or visible changes from using it. I've been enjoying Lactofit regularly, so I decided to try this one to use up some points. Lactofit has more of a milk flavor, while this one has a stronger yogurt taste. The taste is definitely there! I usually don't notice much from probiotics, but this one seems to actually work for me. I knew I should be taking probiotics regularly, so I did some research and decided to buy this! The quantity is generous and the price is really affordable. The expiration date goes all the way to the end of next year, so there's plenty of time to use it! Each box contains 10 sachets with 12 packs inside, totaling 120 sachets. There's so much that my whole family can enjoy it together. The taste is exactly like yogurt. Since I read that it's best to take it on an empty stomach, I've been taking one sachet right after I wake up in the morning, followed by a glass of water. The actual product inside is really small, but the packaging is so oversized that I think the pouch could easily be half the size and still work fine! With 120 sachets total, I think it would have been just as good if they packaged it as 30 sachets per month instead.

The yogurt flavor makes it easy for everyone to enjoy, regardless of age. Since I've been taking it consistently, I've noticed my digestive health has improved noticeably. I honestly didn't find any major drawbacks with this product. If I had to nitpick, the individual packaging does create quite a bit of waste.

When I first tried them, I was honestly pretty thrown off because they tasted kind of like powdered milk mixed with regular milk flavor. It was such a strange taste at first, haha! But I got used to it pretty quickly after a few tries. Probiotics are great for digestion and boosting your immune system, so I make sure to take them on an empty stomach before meals. Just a heads up though - if you tilt your head back too far when taking them, they can go straight down your throat and make you cough. 세일할때 엄청 싸게 샀어요. 맛있고 먹고나면 응가가 잘 나옴 딱히 없어요. 아쉬운점 없는데 20자 채우는거 힘드네요

I wish there was something to cut through the heavy aftertaste at the end—it leaves me feeling a bit disappointed. This product is easy to use and enjoy. I appreciate that it's not overly sweet, and the powder has a smooth texture. I'm happy I can purchase it through this platform, and I managed to get it at a great price by using my reward points. The packaging is a bit disappointing. When I received the large canister, I ended up throwing it away right away. Since the product comes in individual small packets of about 10 pieces anyway, there's really no need for all that extra packaging waste. If it were square-shaped, I could at least repurpose the container for storage, but the round design takes up so much space that it's honestly difficult to recycle. This packaging issue is why I'm deducting one star from my rating.
