Highly recommended for those with oily eyelids prone to smudging. Apply it to your eyeliner and wing, and the line stays perfectly intact until you get home. Wearing this makes your eyes feel heavy, leading to quick fatigue. After a while, it creates a white cast around the eyes, which isn't attractive. - si*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 23, 2020
Well, I've only used it twice, but I can say it doesn't make my makeup smudge... haha The eyeshadow peeled off as if it was being ripped away... You're better off using long-lasting makeup products instead of this - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 9, 2019
▶️ Since I usually wear contact lenses, my eyeliner and mascara used to smudge when I applied artificial tears. But after using this, it's significantly reduced! ▶️ I applied a small amount over my eyeliner and then lightly brushed it on in the direction of my lashes after applying mascara! ▶️ It held up pretty well when I went swimming! ▶️ You need to be careful with the amount you apply... If you use too much, it can dry and turn white, and later your eyeliner might peel off like a sticker! ▶️ It really stings if it gets in your eyes... Be careful not to let it get in your eyes! ▶️ Although it comes with a brush, if you apply it too forcefully on your eyeliner, it might remove some of the eyeliner..! ▶️ When applied over mascara, it forms little droplets! It's best to comb through it once with the brush! Also, if you close your eyes right after applying, your lashes might stick together, so keep your eyes open until it dries... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2019
Personal review from my own purchase! I have dry eyes, so my tears often wash away and smudge the middle part of my eyeliner. But after applying this product once my makeup is dry, it rarely smudges unless I rub my eyes directly! If you fail to control the amount, it can get into your eyes. Even when you think you're using the right amount, it often turns out to be too much when applying. Be careful with the quantity! Also, while it applies well to the lashes, it often sticks to both the lashes and skin, causing them to curl together. Be cautious! I apply just a small amount after finishing all my makeup! If you apply it before mascara, your lashes can become stiff, making it difficult to apply mascara beautifully. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2019
I love this! While most people use it on their eyes, I've been using it on my eyebrows! I don't use eyebrow mascara, so I used to get stressed when my brow tails would disappear every time I touched my bangs. Not anymore! My brows used to smudge easily, so I always carried an eyebrow pencil with me, but since using this, I can go out worry-free. It doesn't come off even in summer, so it's my holy grail! I've just finished one tube and I'm planning to buy another. If you apply too much, your eyebrows can look a bit shiny. But I think this issue can be solved by controlling the amount you use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2019
If used correctly, the staying power is absolutely amazing. The eyeshadow barely smudges, and depending on your eye shape, with proper amount control, you can keep your eyeliner intact all day long. Plus, the mascara absolutely doesn't smudge. For someone like me with oily eyelids, slight dry eyes that tear up easily, and makeup that tends to smudge, this is a holy grail product! If you can't control the amount, the eyeshadow can smudge. The mascara occasionally has some excess fallout. (When you fail to control the amount and apply too much) If you use too much, when it dries, the eyeshadow doesn't smudge but flakes off like dead skin cells. The eyeliner can also peel off sometimes. If you apply too much mascara, it becomes incredibly difficult to remove during cleansing. It's quite useful if you can control the amount well. Apply a small amount with a brush, let it dry, then apply another layer for easy setting. I don't particularly recommend touching it with your fingers. Also, if you remove the quantity control stopper inside, you'll find there's quite a bit left, allowing for longer use - this applies to other cosmetics with stoppers like lip tints, etc. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 1, 2019
When applied carefully to the outer corners of the eyes where oil tends to accumulate, it helps prevent makeup from smudging or fading compared to not using it at all. If applied incorrectly, it can cause a severe tingling sensation in the eyes. Also, if not applied in a thin, even layer, it can create a build-up that makes makeup look like it's clinging to dead skin cells and peels off in patches when removed. - wl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 19, 2019
I was stressed about my eye makeup smudging, so I bought this on sale to try it out. It works well when you apply a small amount to the tail of your eyeliner. I use it as a finishing touch in my eye makeup routine. I'm not sure about its long-lasting power. It doesn't seem to smudge, but it feels like it sets when applied. After wearing makeup for a long time, it starts to crack as if it's about to fall off. It also stings if it gets into your eyes, which makes me hesitant to use it frequently. Besides using it for eyeliner, I've found that lightly brushing a small amount on my lashes after applying mascara seems to make it last longer - just a feeling, though! - si********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDec 12, 2018
It prevents eye makeup from smudging more than when you're not wearing anything. But it only works for eyeliner! When you apply this, it feels tight and dry where you've put it on. So you can only use it on your eyeliner area, not on your eyelids at all. What's worse, it doesn't come off easily but it flakes... This makes it look like part of your eyeliner has disappeared or cracked. The Facebook ads show it staying perfect even when rubbed, but that's absolutely not true. I definitely won't be repurchasing this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 2, 2018
The pen eyeliner comes off cleanly and effortlessly. It's so satisfying! It's basically like applying a transparent film over your eye makeup. To put it simply, you apply it, let it dry, and then if you open your eyes wide or move them around a bit, it peels off - taking your makeup with it. As an added bonus, it leaves a white residue. You're better off investing in a good waterproof product.
