Texture - It's neither light enough to absorb quickly, nor heavy and rich. It's just... meh, doesn't make me want to reach for it. Moisturizing effect - It doesn't moisturize well. Probably due to the texture. I'm just using it as a hand cream now. Skin type - Suitable for all skin types, but for the first time ever, I'm not inclined to use it as a body emulsion. I used to dislike sticky lotions, so even when I bought body emulsions, I'd use them a few times and then abandon them until they expired. I didn't like getting my hands messy, and it was all just too much hassle. But I discovered this product by chance when I received it as a gift. I didn't start using it with the intention of making it a regular part of my routine - I just applied it one day when my skin felt dry and I was looking for any body lotion I had at home. I was amazed at how long-lasting the hydration was! I tend to run hot, so other products that aim for a fresh feel often don't provide much in terms of actual moisture. This one, however, is incredible - unless it's an extremely dry season, I can still feel a slight moistness on the areas where I applied it the night before, even in the morning. It has a unique texture, somewhere between an ointment and an emulsion. It goes on white at first, but quickly absorbs when you pat it in. The consistency isn't heavy enough to be bothersome, making it easy to apply all over. The scent is a bit ambiguous and not particularly pleasant, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who prioritize fragrance in their products. This product absorbs well and has excellent application. My body tends to be dry, but after using this product, the dry areas have significantly improved. One slight drawback is that I'm not sure about its long-lasting effects. The texture was surprisingly moisturizing and lighter than I expected. I was worried about how well it would hydrate, but it's actually better than the emulsion I used before. It's easy to apply, and I love that it doesn't have an artificial scent. I've finished using the green Daily version and now I'm using the blue Skin Relief! - After the reformulation, the green Daily had an overpowering toasted oatmeal scent that was a bit much, but this Skin Relief body emulsion is almost fragrance-free, which I'm really happy about. - Aveeno offers incredible value for money! When winter comes and my skin becomes dry, using Aveeno eliminates itching and dryness! - The Daily has a consistency similar to body butter, while the Relief has a slightly thicker emulsion texture. Maybe that's why it absorbs well and has a better application. There's not really anything bad... The absorbs well is light and refreshing with no sticky feeling, which is the most important factor for me. No emulsion compares to Aveeno. The hydration is decent, and I use it all year round. In winter, I apply Aveeno and occasionally add a moisturizer. I also love that the fragrance isn't overpowering and it's gentle. Even when I apply it to areas with severe atopic dermatitis, it's so mild that it doesn't cause any tingling. The hydration might be slightly lacking? If you wash with water or sweat after applying, it tends to run off and wash away quickly. Still, this product suits me best, so I continue using it. I picked up a decent emulsion at Olive Young, and this little gem came along with it - must be fate! It feels like I'm feeding my skin a vitamin boost during these tricky transitional periods. The texture is closer to a solid than a liquid, with a rich consistency that doesn't run - super convenient and stays put on your hand. Despite its thick texture, it spreads easily and absorbs quickly. You don't even need to pat it in; the skin just drinks it up. In winter, it calms flaky skin and eliminates deep dryness, stopping the itch. The finish deserves full marks - it's why I gave it five stars. It's like it forms a protective layer that doesn't wash off easily or feel greasy, keeping the moisture locked in. It's truly amazing - I wonder how it manages to keep the surface non-greasy while maintaining such plump hydration underneath. Even one application leaves your skin feeling incredibly healthy. The slightly heavy texture means I don't reach for it as much in summer. Still, for that plump skin feel, I apply it before bed. It's not meant to be a fragranced body emulsion, but the scent isn't bothersome - just a typical emulsion smell. The lack of strong fragrance means it doesn't cause any blemishes. It's a bit heavy for daily use, so it's good to alternate with other emulsions. When I'm in the mood for something more fragrant, I mix this with a scented product - it tackles deep dryness and adds a nice aroma, killing two birds with one stone.

I've heard it provides 72 hours of moisture, and as someone with extremely dry skin, I can attest to that claim. The absorbs well, making it easy to apply even for those who usually find body emulsions tedious. You can simply glide it on effortlessly. There are no downsides! I'm 200% certain I'll repurchase. If you're looking for a moisturizing and gentle body emulsion, you absolutely must try this.
