It absorbs well into the body, and despite being a scrub with exfoliating particles, it's not irritating at all. The fragrance is pleasant, and after showering, your skin feels noticeably softer. There aren't many downsides, but if I had to point out something, it would be that the scent doesn't last long and the quantity is a bit small. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 30, 2017
My sister brought this back from her European trip, and it's great for the face, body, and even heels! After rinsing, it leaves your skin feeling as moisturized as if you'd applied a hydrating cream. The scent is lovely, and the pink color gives it a feminine touch. In Korea, I remember seeing the small 50ml size of the Gentle Purifying Scrub in drugstores for nearly $20, which feels a bit pricey for the amount. When your skin is irritated, the granules can feel a bit harsh. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 23, 2016
Being a gel type, it's easier to exfoliate with compared to others. I like that there's no residue coming off like dead skin cells when scrubbing, which makes it seem even better. It contains small pink particles that don't wash off easily with water. After exfoliating, you definitely need to cleanse again with a foam cleanser. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 6, 2016
I bought this because I had some blemishes on my arms, and it definitely removed dead skin cells. But a trip to the dermatologist was an unexpected bonus, haha! I trusted Avène and bought this, but who knew it had so many questionable ingredients? Definitely not repurchasing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 3, 2015
It effectively exfoliates and has a pleasant scent. After scrubbing, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth. It tends to leak a bit. Even with the lid closed, it still leaks for some unknown reason. I had to store it upside down. For those planning to purchase, be aware that it may leak if stored upright. To prevent leakage, I recommend storing it upside down.
