1) Packaging - Opening the pretty pink container, I was impressed by the hygienic seal inside. - After removing the seal, the luminous red cream looked absolutely mesmerizing! 2) Texture - It's similar to a soothing gel, but surprisingly firm and doesn't run. - The texture spreads smoothly but doesn't absorb quickly. At first, there's a slight rich feeling on the skin, but once fully absorbed, your complexion becomes incredibly hydrated and glowing. (I think those with dry skin would be particularly satisfied with this) - The residual feeling is just enough to make your hair stick to your face slightly, so you'll need to control the amount from the start when applying. - However, this plump finish helps base makeup adhere well to the skin. It made me understand why it's called a "makeup-friendly" cream. Unlike hydrating makeup-friendly products, think of this as a makeup-friendly item that helps your base makeup stay put. 3) Scent - It's not completely unscented, but has a subtle fragrance that isn't overwhelming. (As someone sensitive to scents, I was very pleased)

It takes a while to properly absorb into the skin, which is a bit disappointing. + I wish the texture was a bit lighter. + It would be nice if a spatula was included.

I recommend using this with a beauty device. (It creates a beautiful glow and absorbs faster, which I really liked)

I was lucky enough to win the Arencia Red Smoothie Serum through a Hwahae event, and I got to try it out. As summer approaches, I feel my skin's elasticity dropping and my pores widening, so I've been on the lookout for a product that suits this weather. When I first opened the product, the red serum's visual appeal immediately caught my eye, and I appreciated the hygienic spatula application method. The texture is light and spreads easily, but it adheres well to the skin, making it perfect for summer. After using it for about a week, I noticed it does a surprisingly good job at refining pores. While they didn't visibly shrink, my skin texture felt much more refined. Best of all, it doesn't pill when applied before makeup, allowing for a much smoother base application. If I had to point out a downside, while using a spatula is hygienic, it might feel a bit cumbersome when you're in a rush. Also, it's not intensely hydrating, so dry skin types might find it more suitable for summer than winter. Overall, I think it's a great serum for lightly addressing pores and elasticity in summer, and I'm glad I discovered this good product thanks to winning it!

While the spatula application method is hygienic, it can feel a bit inconvenient when you're in a hurry (note that the spatula isn't built-in, so you need to use your own). First, let me describe my skin type: »Dry, sensitive skin with blackheads and redness / Combination skin in the T-zone« Texture: It has a gel-like, moisturizing consistency and, most importantly, absorbs really well. The packaging reminds me of Japanese products like Momo*ri cream, which is cute. I'm particularly sensitive to fragrances, so I wasn't a fan at first, but as I used it more, I got used to it and now it seems fine! Review after use: I first encountered the Arencia brand through their 'Cool Tone Serum' at Olive Young, but this time I had the great opportunity to try their Red Smoothie Serum. Here's my detailed review after using it diligently for two weeks. This product contains niacinamide and red collagen, which are said to help with brightening, oil control, and maintaining skin elasticity. My skin concern is that while I have dry skin overall, my T-zone is uniquely combination. I used to always apply at least two different creams or essences for different areas, but this product controls oil so well that I can use it all over! I was wondering why it worked so well, and upon re-reading, I realized it contains ingredients that help with sebum control... Pro tip: I found that instead of applying a lot at once, it's more effective to layer small amounts two or three times. For those with dry skin, winter can be tough with all the different products we need to apply. But with this, I was satisfied that I could use it alone and still maintain long-lasting hydration without any deep dryness or tightness.

The fact that you have to scoop it out with your fingers is a bit inconvenient and raises some hygiene concerns. For those who are concerned about hygiene like me, I recommend buying a mini silicone pack brush from Al*express to regain that convenience.

Features: The texture is like a strawberry pudding - soft and bouncy gel. It's fun to scoop out due to its elasticity. Feel: It may seem sticky when you first touch it, but once applied to the skin, it adheres well and absorbs quickly. After application, your skin feels deeply hydrated with a slightly firm finish on the surface. Advantages: 1. The application is enjoyable, and while the jar packaging has its drawbacks, the texture and color are visually appealing, making each use a pleasant experience. 2. Perfect for summer use. Layering increases hydration, and it's ideal for cooling down your face in hot weather. It feels like a hydrating gel mask. Areas needing extra moisture absorb it well with additional application. 3. Gel doesn't mean dry? Absolutely not! It provides both surface and deep hydration, leaving your skin firm on the outside and moisturized within. It works wonderfully as a sleeping pack. As someone with dry skin, I experienced no tightness the next morning. Instead, my skin felt smooth and hydrated without any oiliness. I was surprised by how moisturized my skin still felt upon waking. 4. The scent is subtle and pleasant, likely to be universally appealing.

Disadvantages: 1. The value for money is slightly disappointing. The jar format encourages liberal use, similar to jam, causing it to run out quickly. That's a shame... 2. I prefer tube packaging over jars. 3. The biggest drawback is that it's not suitable for daytime use. It's primarily used at night (almost... 99.99% of the time). It tends to pill slightly when applied before makeup. If you want to use it during the day, you'll need to adjust the amount carefully.

TIPS Refrigeration is highly recommended! Applying it slightly chilled in summer immediately reduces skin heat and feels refreshing. The firmness is enhanced. Highly recommended as a sleeping pack! My main complaint with previous gel-type products was that they dried out and cracked, but this product breaks that stereotype. The lasting hydration even after sleeping is impressive... Your skin becomes radiant.

As a lucky Hwahae Tester winner, I gave this product a try. Even on these humid, sweltering nights, my combination dehydrated skin still craves a bit more hydration. So, I applied two layers before bed, like a sleeping mask. Initially, I was concerned about the watery texture, but come morning, my skin felt plump and my complexion looked more even.

However, the jar packaging is a bit of a letdown hygienically, as you need to keep dipping your fingers in. It's also a bit messy. Plus, if you accidentally apply too much, it can definitely leave a sticky residue. For summer, I'd recommend layering it thinly. A pump bottle would have been much more hygienic and convenient to use.

Though I've only used it for 4-5 days, I can definitely feel my skin's softness when cleansing in the morning. It provides much longer-lasting hydration than my usual lightweight serum, and thanks to the niacinamide, I notice my face looking brighter and more radiant. I highly recommend using it as a sleeping mask with a double layer application.

I have combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone and U-zone, while my cheeks and eye area tend to be dry. My skin is prone to blemishes, with frequent whiteheads on my forehead and cystic acne on my chin! The texture of this product is quite bouncy, so it feels a bit thick when you first apply it. However, it spreads easily, so I recommend using a small amount for everyday use. While I haven't noticed the main effect of pore tightening yet, the product absorbs well into the skin with a firming sensation, so I think it might be effective! It gets absorbed quickly after massaging it in for a few seconds. For a product targeting pore issues, I was pleasantly surprised by the high concentration of niacinamide! It's rare to see niacinamide listed as the third ingredient even in brightening products, so this is quite impressive. If you apply a very thin layer before makeup, I think it could create a nice, firm base for your foundation.

Even though I received this as part of the Hwahae Testers program, I personally found more disappointing aspects than positive ones. The biggest drawback is the finish. I had high hopes after reading reviews that said it wasn't sticky and had a fresh finish, but that wasn't my experience at all. It's very sticky... Even when applied to the driest parts of my body, it remains tacky. While it absorbs quickly, the stickiness lingers on the skin, so I wouldn't recommend it for combination or oily skin types. It's especially unsuitable for summer use. It might be okay for those with dry skin, though? The packaging, true to Arencia's style, is a pretty jar with a nice aesthetic, but the lack of a spatula makes it unhygienic. The bouncy texture also makes it difficult to scoop out cleanly with your fingers. Lastly, the price is quite high. It might be a bit burdensome for consistent, long-term use.

✔️제형 젤 제형의 세럼은 처음이었는데 젤리처럼 투명하고 알로에 젤을 만지는거같은 제형이었어요가벼운 제형이라 쉽게 잘 퍼지고 펴바르기도 쉬웠어요 ✔️사용감 세럼하나만 발랐는데도 얼굴이 당기지않고 촉촉해서 로션을 따로 바르지않아도 될 정도였어요. 바르고 나서는 피부가 쫀쫀해지는 느낌 ! 콜라겐이 들어서인지 얼굴에 광이 돌고 탄탄해지는 느낌이었어요 계속 사용하다보면 모공도 쫀쫀해 질거 같아요 모공관리 +보습+ 탄력을 다 잡을 수 있는제품이라 좋아요

Highly recommended for combination dehydrated skin! ✔️ As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I prefer lightweight gel textures over rich creams. This one has a similar feel to aloe gel, but with added nourishment. ✔️ Despite some comments about stickiness, it's not unpleasant if applied in a thin layer! It gives a sensation of deeply hydrating the skin, making it feel lighter than other serums. That's why I strongly recommend it for those with combination dehydrated skin! ✔️ My face is super sensitive and usually breaks out easily, but so far, no blemishes with this product when applied thinly! ✔️ The pore-tightening effect is moderate, not particularly noticeable. However, I'm very satisfied because I find myself reaching for it often, thanks to the moisturizing and cooling sensation it provides to the skin!

✔️ Personally, I wouldn't use it before makeup! Even when applied thinly, it takes some time to absorb, leaving a slightly sticky feeling. ✔️ The actual product volume is less than what's shown in the product image. The picture shows the jar filled to the brim, but in reality, it's not even full! Although the texture means it will last a while since you only need a small amount, I was a bit surprised when I first opened it!

Recommended usage for combination dehydrated skin: In the morning, apply a very thin layer and pat it in for absorption. At night, apply a thicker layer before bed and use it as a face mask!
