Let me compare it with the old version for you: Container - It's longer now with a smaller opening. Lighting - There's an LED light on top when you open the cap, so you can easily apply it even at night. Mirror - There's a small mirror on the back of the container, allowing you to see while applying. Moisture - It's more sticky than moisturizing, you could say. It looks beautiful when you finish with this after applying lipstick. The price is way too high. It's wonderfully moisturizing and I love it! The built-in light is handy, and it's convenient to apply with the mirror. The hydration lasts for a long time. The absorption could be a bit better. [Sweet Melon shade] This lip product has a super rich texture that leaves my lips feeling incredibly hydrated. I sometimes even use it as a lip balm substitute. After application, it gives my lips a pearlescent shimmer that makes them look vibrant and lively (it's more of a sparkle than a glossy shine). I used to struggle with a lot of dead skin cells on my lips, so I'd apply Vaseline before bed and exfoliate in the morning. But with this product, I rarely get flaky lips anymore. Even when I do, applying this makes the dead skin cells soften and come off more quickly than with Vaseline. While it does have a tint, it's just enough to give a healthy, natural look. It's perfect for everyday use. When I wear it to school, my friends often ask what I'm using because it looks so natural yet effective! It comes with an LED light and a mirror. The mirror is really handy for on-the-go application, which I'm quite satisfied with. However, the LED light is a bit excessive. In dark places, it does help you see what you're doing, but it only illuminates your lips! This can make you look like some kind of 'lip ghost' to others. That being said, it's not a feature that interferes with regular use, so it hasn't been a problem for me. If you apply it after dead skin cells have formed, let it absorb a bit, and then gently rub your lips, it works wonders for removing flakes!

The LED light and mirror on the side are the biggest advantages over other products - you can apply it comfortably in both dark and bright places! It's great for a bare face look. In my personal opinion, matte lips on a bare face can be a bit much... but this product's moisturizing formula with a subtle tint is perfect! Once applied, it stays moisturizing all day long, and after some time passes, it doesn't even leave marks on cups (amazing!). The price is a bit steep, but the luxurious packaging and mirror make it worth it... The potentially harmful ingredients are concerning, but as someone who has tried various shades, I haven't experienced any issues.
