After using this product, I received compliments on my skin more than five times, especially after staying in a place with very dirty bedding during my travels. I was personally satisfied with the results as well. However, there were some drawbacks. I'm not sure if the effects are truly remarkable considering the price. Particularly, since my skin tends to be oily, the formula seemed to change as if it had come into contact with water even when it hadn't. Also, it was inconvenient to use while washing my face, so I ended up mainly using a cleansing foam during my skincare routine. Nevertheless, I think it's a product worth trying at least once. The reviewer mentions that the product improved their skin after exposure to dirty bedding, suggesting it may have cleansing or protective properties. They received multiple compliments on their skin after using it. However, they express uncertainty about its value for money and note that it may not be ideal for oily skin types. The texture changes unexpectedly, and it's not convenient for use during face washing. Despite these drawbacks, they still recommend giving it a try. - fk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJul 8, 2025
As someone with very oily skin, I was hesitant to use oil cleansing daily due to potential irritation. So I decided to give this a try. I'm pleased to say that both the texture and cleansing effectiveness are quite good. For me, if I don't rinse it off immediately, I find it more irritating than oil cleansers. It caused a burning sensation, so I had to wash it off right away. Also, I'm not sure if the cleansing power is as impressive as what I've seen in YouTube videos. It didn't quite live up to the hype in that regard. While this cleanser has its merits, it may not be suitable for those with sensitive skin. It's important to pay attention to how your skin reacts and adjust usage accordingly. Remember, what works for others may not work for everyone, so it's always best to patch test new products. - cg*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2025
After years of cleansing with just water, using this product made me realize how harsh water alone had been. This cleanser is so gentle that even my super sensitive skin loves it. It's a game-changer! There's nothing bad to say. It removes makeup perfectly, doesn't cause any blemishes, and I'm completely satisfied. - zz*****Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 7, 2025
I was skeptical at first about using a milk cleanser - could it really cleanse effectively? Turns out, it's incredibly gentle yet surprisingly effective at removing impurities. As a milk cleanser newbie, I was shocked! In winter, when my skin feels like it's cracking from deep dryness, even a gentle pH-balanced foam cleanser can feel harsh in the morning. That's when this product truly shines as a revolutionary solution. It's perfect for removing non-waterproof sunscreen (without tone-up or foundation), morning grime, excess oil, or as a first cleanse in a double cleansing routine after staying home all day. I'm thoroughly impressed with its texture, how it feels on the skin, and its effectiveness. It's a winner in every aspect! The packaging is semi-transparent... but that's hardly a complaint. If I had to nitpick, that would be the only thing I could mention. It doesn't remove lip and eye makeup - you'll need a separate remover for that. But I never expected such a gentle product to tackle heavy-duty makeup removal, so I'm not disappointed. Try using this as your morning cleanser for just one week, and you'll see the difference. While it might not be ideal for those with very oily skin in summer, I believe most other skin types will find it satisfying. I was initially doubtful about its cleansing power, but one day I realized how irritating my foam cleanser felt in comparison during my morning routine. That's when it clicked - this milk cleanser is truly something special. - wj*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2025
Pros: I started using this product after it was recommended by YouTuber Director Pi, and I'm already on my nth bottle - I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The ingredients are gentle, it has excellent cleansing effectiveness, and it's become my go-to cleanser without any hesitation. Cons: Even after using this for several years, I can't find anything to complain about. There's literally nothing negative to say! - ys********Combination SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 4, 2025
The texture is delightfully bouncy and milky. It cleanses gently without any irritation. After using this, something keeps leaving a hazy residue in my eyes. It's so frustrating! - mi*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2025
Gentle and no tightness after cleansing! Removes makeup effectively Can't think of any downsides, will purchase again In the evenings, I use a cleansing milk followed by a low pH foam cleanser. If my skin feels oily, I use an enzyme cleanser - kn*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2025
This was my first time trying a cleansing milk, and I must say it's a pleasant experience! It's definitely less irritating than oil cleansers when massaging it into the skin, which I really appreciate. While its cleansing effectiveness may not be as strong as oil cleansers, it still easily removes mineral sunscreens without any issues. The only downside is that the product seems to run out quite quickly, which is a bit disappointing. However, I'd still recommend this product as it's perfect for those new to cleansing milks. I hope you'll give it a try and experience it for yourself! This gentle cleanser is great for those with super sensitive skin or those looking to avoid the rich feeling of oil cleansers. It's effective at maintaining the oil and moisture balance of your skin while still providing a thorough cleanse. If you're dealing with redness or irritation from other cleansers, this might be a good option to explore. - fl********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 30, 2025
This is hands down the best first-step cleanser I've ever used. I have acne-prone combination dehydrated skin with excess oil and dead skin cells. As you know, acne-prone skin needs mineral sunscreen, so cleansing is crucial. Oil cleansers were hard to remove and left residue even after thorough emulsification, which was counterproductive. Then milk cleansers came on the scene. I tried other brands first, but they stung and left residue, so I wasn't reaching for them. During an Olive Young sale, I bought this product and found my holy grail. Zero irritation, emulsifies well, and leaves no residue! It even removes sunscreen effectively! Please don't change the formula, just keep making it as is... The refill set is great too. Honestly, this is the first time I've ever used refills for a cosmetic product. I knew I liked ISNTREE's skincare basics, but I had no idea their cleanser would be this good. I've been wanting to settle on a cleanser for so long, and I've finally found my match. If this gets discontinued, I'll be at a loss... There are no downsides, but please don't discontinue it. Seriously, you can't... You just can't... - wl********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 30, 2025
It's gentle on the skin with no irritation. Surprisingly, it has good cleansing effectiveness. Even those with oily skin can use it in the morning instead of just washing with water. The after-feel isn't great. It doesn't leave your skin feeling soft or smooth, but rather a bit stiff. The finish isn't as nice as the advertisements claim.
