The ingredients are gentle, and despite being an oil, it absorbs well without sitting on top of the skin, which I love. I have combination skin, so I used to avoid oils, but this product completely changed my mind about them. It effectively combats deep dryness, and I'm extremely satisfied with the product itself. I can confidently say it's one of my holy grails. Is there really no better way to design the container? Every time I travel, the contents leak so much. I'm on my fourth bottle because I love this product so much and always take it with me when traveling. I've tried every method to prevent leaking, but it always finds a way. I even found a cap that fits the bottle instead of the spatula, but it still leaked. Given the high price, I can't justify continuing to use it if it leaks every time I travel, unless I only use it at home. As much as I hate to say it, I can't keep using a product at this price point that consistently leaks during travel. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 28, 2024
First off, it feels incredibly eco-friendly, so it's not irritating at all! When mixed with an emulsion and applied, it's wonderfully moisturizing and pleasant. The price is extremely high... Also, the oil solidifying around the container makes it difficult to maintain. To be honest, it's rather ordinary, so it doesn't seem worth buying at this price point. - ke*******Normal SkinRecommendedJan 10, 2024
I've been using the entire Parsley line, and this is an absolute must-have for winter. With my slightly dry skin, I was torn between the hydrator and treatment for extra moisture. Thanks to the store assistant's recommendation, I went for the treatment, and I have zero regrets. The hydration is incredibly long-lasting, and despite being an oil, it doesn't feel greasy or make my hair stick to my face. Being part of the Parsley line, it seems to have a soothing effect on blemishes too. I'm not sure yet if I'll need to exclude it from my routine in summer - I'll have to see how it performs in warmer weather. There's not really anything to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the only downside is the small size of the product. Add two to three drops to your serum, or up to four if your skin feels particularly dehydrated, then let it absorb. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2022
I have dehydrated skin and this worked wonderfully all winter long. The scent isn't overpowering, which I really appreciate. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. Being an oil, it's a bit heavy, but that makes it perfect for winter use. - 8k********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 16, 2021
It absorbs well and provides great hydration! I love how it leaves a matte finish after application. There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to pick something, the dropper can be a bit inconvenient to use. - ha******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 4, 2021
Mixing a few drops with your moisturizer works wonders! It's incredibly hydrating and perfect for dry skin. It's on the pricier side, and personally, I'm not a fan of the scent. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 22, 2021
I have combination skin with deep dryness and some blemishes. When my skin feels dehydrated and rough, mixing this with a hydrating cream works wonders. The next day, my deep dryness is significantly relieved, which I love. If I use too much, it can feel a bit rich, so I only apply 1-2 drops. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2021
As an Aesop skincare enthusiast, I was skeptical about facial oils for my combination dehydrated skin. However, the Parsley Seed Oil has been a game-changer! When mixed with my moisturizer, it makes my skin feel plump from within and keeps it hydrated all day. The parsley aroma is absolutely delightful - a unique scent you won't find in other brands! For daily care, it might feel a bit rich, so I recommend using it two or three times a week. The price is quite steep for such a small bottle, but I consider it an investment in my skin, so it's not a major drawback for me. It feels a bit too rich when applied in the morning, so I find it works best when used before bedtime. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2020
After using it, my skin texture is noticeably different the next day. It's become an essential item for me. I'm on my second bottle and feel like I'll be using it for life. During this season, it's definitely lacking in hydration. Though I shouldn't expect too much moisturizing from a serum, I suppose. - cu**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2020
I've been using this as the final step in my routine about twice a week. Blending it with serums or creams seems to improve absorption significantly. The morning after using this treatment, I notice my complexion looks more radiant when I look in the mirror. While it's not a dramatic change, I feel like it gives my tired, dull skin a noticeable boost. It's a product I want to keep using consistently. I'd say the main drawback is probably the price. While Aesop products generally come with a higher price tag, this isn't something you can purchase without giving it some thought.
