True to its name, this serum has a strong oily feel. It's best applied when your hair is still slightly damp for optimal results. The slightly sticky texture is a bit disappointing. My hair was in pretty bad shape from repeated DIY bleaching and coloring, but it seems to have improved a lot since I started using this. Since I don't usually wear perfume, I love that this leaves a pleasant, subtle scent after washing my hair. I don't really have any complaints. I was a nomad searching for the holy grail of hair essences, and this product turned out to be pretty decent. While many people didn't like it, I personally loved the fragrance. It seems more suitable for dry scalps rather than oily ones, so I gave it to my mother. Although it's an oil serum and there are many refreshing products in this category, this one felt a bit too oily, making my hair feel greasy. You need to be careful when applying it. At full price, I'd probably choose a different product.

Fragrance: The scent is subtle, I'd say. It's not particularly noticeable or exceptionally pleasant, but it's nice enough in its own way. Effects: Well... there's no dramatic improvement, to be honest! However, with continued use, I've noticed my hair becoming slightly softer and static electricity reducing ever so slightly! I didn't experience any issues with blemishes. If your skin is very dry and flaky, I wouldn't really recommend this. It feels a bit light for daily use, so I can't really endorse it, unfortunately. While using this, I've found that mixing it with any facial emulsion in a 4:2 ratio of oil to cream works wonders! You can easily find this at drugstores, and I always grab it during half-price or buy-one-get-one-free sales. Compared to other hair essences, it offers more product for less money, and with the bottle recycling program, it's truly a bang for your buck. It's a slightly heavier oil-type essence, perfect for extremely damaged hair. Those with healthy hair might find it a bit too rich. If you're prone to back or chest blemishes, be careful not to let your treated hair touch those areas. My hair is long and bleached, prone to tangling at the ends, which further damages the cuticles and leaves it looking dry and lifeless. Applying this to my slightly damp ends makes them smooth and prevents tangling, which I love. Don't expect this essence alone to transform your hair. While it can help tame flyaways and tangles, it's more about coating the hair with oil rather than deeply nourishing it. Apply it to your ends when your hair is still slightly damp after washing. I absolutely love the scent of this product. It's so pleasant and doesn't become overwhelming. It's gentle on the scalp and seems to improve my hair texture. The lid feels a bit flimsy... The scent and absorption are both great! The texture is like a slight blend of oil and gel, so it's not a pure oil. One downside is that if you use more than two pumps on long hair, it can weigh it down and eliminate all volume. Now that I look at it, the ingredients are pretty decent. There's only one fragrance listed. I got it at a good price during a sale, so the value for money was nice. It's not as thick as some other brands, but the hydration and softness are still on point. As for the scent, I don't usually prioritize it and I dislike overpowering fragrances. This one wasn't like that at all. It's just noticeable enough without being bothersome - neither good nor bad. You only smell it a bit when applying, and once I tie my hair up, I can't smell anything at all. The container is quite large, which makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around to places like the bathhouse or gym. Apply it from the middle to the ends of your hair, and use any remaining product on your hands to smooth over the upper mid-section.
