As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I used to have bad reactions to foam cleansers. But since I started using this product on recommendation, my blemishes have almost disappeared. I can't think of any downsides to be honest. I'm still using it regularly and loving it. This is a product I always stock up on when it's on sale. It's one of the most versatile and easy-to-use cleansing foams out there. My usual cleansing routine: When I'm not wearing makeup: Double cleanse with a foaming cleanser When I'm wearing makeup: Eye makeup remover, followed by cleansing oil, then foaming cleanser This cleanser removes everything effectively without any fuss. I actually like that it doesn't leave my skin feeling overly moisturized after washing! While I didn't experience any skin issues using this product, I'm disappointed that the ingredients aren't the best quality.
