Positive aspects? Well, let me think... I suppose the way it absorbs is decent, but that's about it. This was my first time trying an ink tint, and I'm not impressed. It transfers easily and I find myself not wanting to use it. The fragrance is also overwhelmingly strong. - ye*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMar 5, 2020
Innisfree seems to be the top performer among road shop brands. The product has a velvety texture that's moisturizing on the inside and powdery on the outside, with impressive staying power! I love how I can apply it carelessly without emphasizing dead skin cells. It's become a go-to product for me. I really enjoyed using shade 07 Apple Tonic, so I bought the pink one too. However, as someone with a deep undertone and bright complexion, this product doesn't suit me at all... Shade 03 was a miss for me. It seems like it would look pretty on summer cool tones. They occasionally have buy-one-get-one-free promotions on lip products. Keep an eye out for those deals to snag a bargain! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 14, 2020
It's a true pink without any other color mixed in, so I highly recommend it for those who love wearing pink lipstick or prefer to wear only pink shades. However, when applied to the lips, it doesn't feel like it adheres perfectly. It's a bit disappointing that it seems to sit on top of the lips rather than blending in seamlessly. - ju***********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 16, 2019
Is this a mousse tint? It adheres to the lips so well when applied. Some tints can be incredibly bitter if they accidentally get in your mouth, but this one doesn't have that issue, which is great. It's already affordable, but during sales, you can get it even cheaper. The applicator tip is designed for easy application and precise control of the amount. The staying power isn't particularly impressive. Occasionally, it can develop a 'yogurt effect' (patchy, uneven wear). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 21, 2019
Personally, I love matte lips, so this was perfect for me. The color is a lovely bright pink that really caught my eye. Unfortunately, the staying power is quite short. Even after waiting 30 minutes for the tint to set, it came off easily after just a few sips of water, which was disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 20, 2019
The color is a vibrant pink that would likely suit summer complexions nicely. After application, it feels soft and velvety smooth. Being such a vivid pink, it really clashes with incompatible skin tones. It can look quite unflattering. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 28, 2018
I really liked that the applicator brush could be bent, which made it easier to use! Unfortunately, the color didn't suit me well, which was a bit disappointing since it was a gift from a friend. - on********Oily SkinDec 15, 2018
I went to buy an Innisfree tint, but the product I wanted was out of stock. Instead, I picked up this one that seemed nice. 1. Color: I usually wear both warm and cool tones well, and I've even been professionally diagnosed as a cool summer. Although I didn't like hot pink before, I grabbed this one because it looked pretty... 1. Transfer and longevity: This seems to be a chronic issue with most Innisfree tints... I use all types - matte, velvet, and moisturizing - but this one transfers a lot. Because it transfers so much, the staying power is really poor. I don't usually touch up my makeup unless I've eaten something, but with this, I have to do it way too often. 2. Lips don't look pretty after a while: Compared to other tints, whether you apply a gradient or full lip, after 1-2 hours it usually stains the lips naturally and looks pretty. But this one emphasizes dead skin cells and kind of clumps up... So even though the color is pretty, I don't reach for it often. If you use this as your main lip product, you'll need to touch up frequently. Try using it together with other lip products. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 29, 2018
First off, it applies with a matte finish and has a vibrant pink color. It's perfect for those times when you want your lips to really pop and stand out. (The actual shade might differ slightly from the photo, so I'd recommend testing it in-store if possible) If you have a lot of dead skin cells on your lips, it can accentuate them, making the flakes more noticeable and resulting in an uneven application. 1. Before bed, generously apply Vaseline or lip balm. 2. Use a lip sleeping mask or products designed to remove dead skin cells. 3. Apply lip balm after using this product (though personally, I'm hesitant to recommend this as it can make your lip balm messy) - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 8, 2018
The staining is pretty decent, and the color is beautiful. It's a shade that works really well for cool-toned skin. When it stains, it leans towards a purple tone, so I wouldn't recommend it for warm-toned individuals. Everything else about it is fine though.
