This is a sophisticated shade that suits those with warm muted undertones. There's no excess powder fallout, and the color payoff is excellent. It's not overly yellow, and the gold highlighter adds an extra touch of elegance. The price point offers good value for the quality you're getting. I don't have any particular complaints. However, while this shade is perfect for warm muted undertones, I'd recommend other shades in the range for different skin tones. I have a deep undertone, so I went with shade #1. - le*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 25, 2025
I highly recommend this for all complexions! It's a natural neutral color that would especially suit warm skin tones, but even cool-toned folks can wear it without it looking off! I'm not sure if it's because I used the gratis brush, but the color payoff isn't great. Also, I'm worried about denting the highlighter part every time I open it, so I have to be extra careful when opening the compact. It looks even more beautiful when you mix the blush and highlighter together! - ky*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJan 16, 2025
The photo makes it look pink, but it's warmer than expected. The color payoff is subtle, so you might end up looking flushed if you layer it too much. There's shimmer in the blusher, but to me it looked more like an oily sheen. - jh************Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesJan 8, 2025
The highlighter is absolutely stunning! It's a must-have for your makeup collection. Seriously, this highlighter is everything you need. The color payoff is non-existent. When applied to the cheeks, it just looks like my natural skin tone. Even with a base, it's the same result. No matter how much I rub it on my finger, I can't see any color... - mz********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesRecommendedDec 26, 2024
✨Practical Product Design The dual-purpose blush and highlighter combo is incredibly convenient for on-the-go touch-ups. No need to pack separate products - this all-in-one solution is lightweight and super handy. Brilliant idea! ✨Aesthetic Appeal The boundary between the blush and highlighter isn't just a straight line, but a beautiful wave pattern. It's visually stunning and adds an extra touch of elegance. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous. ✨Built-in Tools Not only is the product itself practical, but the included tool is a game-changer. A dual-ended brush? Amazing! Plus, the bristles are incredibly soft, and the design is sleek and sophisticated. •Subtle Pigmentation I typically prefer a light application of blush, but when I first applied this, I could barely tell if any product was on my skin. You need to really work the brush to achieve even a soft, natural flush. - sh*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 12, 2024
So convenient to have both highlighter and blush in one! The design is gorgeous - those embossed wave-like patterns are stunning. The highlighter has a subtle shimmer that gives a glamorous glow. I bought it for the brush, but I'm thrilled it's double-sided for both highlighter and blush! The blush color turned out to be a lovely floral shade. You need to apply quite a bit of the blush for it to show up, but that's not a big issue. The highlighter looks more pigmented in the pan than it actually is on the skin - it's quite sheer without a base. The staying power is a bit disappointing... It fades quickly on the nose, and even on other areas, it doesn't last as long as I'd like. The blush has a cool undertone! - y2********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 1, 2024
First off, the color payoff is beautiful on my deep undertone and warm olive skin! However, I was a bit disappointed that the highlighter felt too white, and the blush wasn't as pigmented as I'd hoped. - fn******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 30, 2024
I tried the Wake Make blusher for the first time, and it's incredibly soft! Unlike other blushers that often clump with powder and don't apply well, this one has an amazing texture from the moment you apply it. The texture is truly impressive! It adheres so well to the skin that it maintains its initial appearance throughout the day. I was torn between shades 1 and 8, but I chose 8 because the highlighter was so pretty! It's a warm-toned color with a slight white tinge, giving it an apricot-pink-coral feel. The highlighter has a subtle pink undertone. The pigmentation is more intense than expected, so be sure to control the amount when first applying! The brush is fantastic too - super soft, though you need to use broader strokes when applying the blusher due to its small surface area. There's absolutely nothing bad to say! I'm completely satisfied. If the color suits you, I highly recommend it! - 85********Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedNov 18, 2024
The subtle nude rose shade was absolutely my style! It gives such a sophisticated vibe. I loved that it came as a set with highlighter and blush, making it super versatile. The pigmentation is perfect - not too intense, which can be hard to control. It's almost like a baked formula? The solid texture means the color builds up slowly with layering, which I found great. Depending on your complexion, some might find this shade a bit dull. Also, while I appreciated the subtle pigmentation, those who prefer more intense color payoff might find it frustrating. If you want more intense color, try scraping some product with a puff, adjusting the amount on the back of your hand, then pat it on. For a sheer look, it takes a bit more time, but layering with a brush multiple times gives a beautiful finish! - ga********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 9, 2024
It's convenient to have it with a highlighter in my makeup pouch for quick touch-ups. The complimentary brush is pretty too. I also love the color. The product doesn't pick up well on the brush, so you need to apply multiple layers for good coverage.
