As someone with dry skin, I use a hydrating cushion in winter and a semi-matte cushion in summer! This product has a semi-matte formula that's perfect for summer, even for those of us with dry skin!! The reason I deducted one star is that the coverage isn't particularly impressive. I usually apply my cushion in two thin layers, but this one doesn't fully conceal my freckles. It does, however, manage to somewhat cover the redness from blemishes! For those with dry skin using this in summer, I recommend applying a moderate amount of skincare and following up with a moisturizing sunscreen before the cushion. This combination leaves your skin feeling just right! On particularly hot and humid days, a setting spray works wonders too. The shade is light, but the coverage is decent and there's no darkening, which is really nice. It's an absolute iron-clad cushion that never cakes. I've heard my friends ask a hundred times why it doesn't cake when I apply it in front of them. It works hard to keep your complexion flawless. I wish the cushion design was prettier. First off, I have dry skin and really deep smile lines that show even when I smile a little. I'm also very prone to deep dryness. I bought this cushion in the 20,000 won range, including a refill. Initially, it applies moistly, then settles to a slightly powdery finish, which worked well for my dry skin without flaking or causing deep dryness. The staying power was also pretty good. It covered well even with haphazard application, and with just a few touch-ups, it looked freshly applied. Especially for smile lines, the coverage was really good... Thumbs up! It was great for summer use, and I think it'll be fine for winter too. If you don't prep your skin well, there's a tiny bit of pilling. Also, if you go too long without touching up, it tends to settle into smile lines. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the puff. It wasn't soft or plush, but rather flat and somewhat stiff in texture, so I've replaced it with a different one. However, these minor issues are outweighed by how truly great this product is overall. It goes on really white, so you need to choose the shade carefully. There wasn't much darkening effect. Not recommended. It's extremely drying. At first, it seems okay, but about 15 minutes after application, it accentuates dead skin cells terribly. Just buy something else. You need to make sure your skin is super hydrated before use. It's a bit better if you spray some mist on both your face and the puff before blending it out.

I usually use shades 17-19, and the color was comfortably suitable for me. The pore coverage is really poor. I have quite large pores, and when I apply this, you can see all the pores clearly. Also, the way it absorbs isn't great... It doesn't give that beautiful skin finish feeling. The case is really pretty! Often, even special editions don't appeal to me, but this one is exceptionally beautiful. It's perfect for those looking for a thin yet flawless base with great staying power. There's minimal darkening, and the color is lovely too. It's a bit drying, so you need to make sure your skincare routine is solid. When I touched up my makeup in the morning with other products, I noticed dead skin cells on almost 90% of my face... disappointing. The black case looks just like a smooth pebble - so pretty it made me impulse buy! It applies like a moisturizing cushion at first, but it's actually a velvet cushion. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and decided to add this review. The color is a radiant yellow, neither ivory nor sallow. Thanks to the color, my face looks bright all day long! Not recommended for those who only suit pink tones. For comparison, it's similar to Espoir's Be Glow Foundation in Ivory. Right after application, it looks like I've chosen too light a shade, making me regret my purchase. But after about 5 minutes, it settles perfectly. You need to be thorough with your skincare routine beforehand. It doesn't quite match my original purpose of buying something for quick, casual use.
