Absolutely fantastic for extremely dry, blemish-prone skin! If you love cushions that give you a glow, this one is mind-blowing... You don't even need to use a mist! The hydration and radiance are incredible. Unfortunately, there's no shade selection. It's natural, but almost too natural... just like my own skin tone. If it came in a lighter shade, this cushion would be absolutely perfect. Even with careless application, it still gives amazing hydration and glow! - xc****Combination SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesFeb 21, 2024
It's moisturizing and provides good coverage. The high SPF and regenerative ingredients are nice bonuses. Even with just a thin layer of sunscreen over your skincare, there's no pilling. It's a shame there's only one shade available. However, unless you have extremely fair skin, it seems to blend well with most skin tones. For combination skin, it's very hydrating, so you can skimp on skincare, but it also means oil builds up quickly. You'll need to blot with a tissue now and then. I'm not great at applying makeup, but this is so easy to use that I don't even have tips to share. Just pat it on and you're done. I think it's because it doesn't clump up at all. - ji*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2024
I've tried countless cushions but avoided them all. This one was the only decent option, so I used it. Then COVID hit and I stopped, but now I'm rediscovering it. It runs out so quickly. Yet when I check the volume, it seems similar to others. I think it's a bit overpriced. I'll buy multiple puffs to use with it. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 3, 2023
It absorbs beautifully and creates a glowing complexion! Even as it fades, it looks pretty. Just don't expect high coverage. Using this alone causes severe acne breakouts. Those hard, inflamed blemishes appear so prominently that I can't continue using it. - th*******Normal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 9, 2023
I've been using the Epivot cushion for over 5 refills now! Even with my sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I'm really satisfied with it. The best part is that it doesn't cause any itching or new blemishes! I was a bit surprised when I first saw the ingredients list, but using this hasn't worsened my skin, caused more blemishes, or triggered any unusual reactions. For those who find it drying, I recommend applying your skincare in thin layers multiple times before using the cushion! The price is a bit steep, which is probably the biggest drawback. But hey, I've bought 5 refills, so that says something, right? Haha! Also, one refill lasts so long you'll wonder if you'll ever finish it. Personally, I wish we could buy the cushion puffs separately! Personally, I find that applying the green Numbuzin base first and then layering the Epivot on top helps me achieve both good coverage and hydration! The puff seems to get better the more you use it too! Highly recommended! - ss********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2023
I was hesitant about the 21 Neutral Tone (expected deep undertone) single-color cushion, but it applies beautifully with a radiant finish! Especially when I take off my mask after working, my skin looks even better than bare-faced. Unlike previous cushions that would separate and look messy, Epivot stays flawless. Now I can confidently remove my mask! It does transfer to the mask a bit, but it's not noticeable on the skin at all. Even when reapplying on my combination dehydrated skin, which usually causes pilling with other products, Epivot goes on smoothly, giving me that fresh porcelain skin look. I have sensitive, blemish-prone skin. While it was fine on the second day, I started getting small bumps from the third day. I think I need to use it longer to be sure. As someone with very oily skin, Epivot gives me a shiny look even just after commuting to work. If that bothers you, you might need to set it with powder. This makes me think Epivot might actually be better for dry skin types. That's not to say it's bad for oily skin, just make sure to use powder! After applying Epivot, use concealer on areas that need more coverage. If you usually wear shade 13-17, I recommend mixing it with a lighter foundation. For those with very oily skin (lots of sebum), definitely set it with powder! - dh**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 28, 2023
I was worried about the shade since there wasn't a specific number, but it turned out great! (I'm 21 and cool-toned) I was skeptical when I bought it through a group order, but after trying it, I'm impressed. It's moisturizing and gives such a beautiful skin finish... I don't even need to touch up. The cushion compact itself is also super pretty! I bought it during a group order without checking the ingredients, and while it seemed fine, I later looked them up on Hwahae and found the formulation a bit disappointing... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 25, 2022
As someone with super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes when I applied this product. This is far too drying for those with dry skin. I had high hopes because it claimed to give a glow, but it made my skin so dry that it accentuated the fine lines around my eyes. While it was okay on my forehead, I wouldn't recommend it for dry areas like the eye area and cheeks. - no******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 17, 2021
1. Natural-looking skin The base creates a healthy appearance without looking artificial. It's not too pale or too yellow, just a healthy complexion. Blemishes and pores are naturally covered. 2. Minimal dryness Even in harsh winds, the base doesn't dry out much. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I often have issues with base makeup, but this one's not bad. 3. Gentle on skin Unlike some BB creams or foundations that can cause blemishes if applied incorrectly, this doesn't cause any skin issues at all. - Staying power This might be more of an issue for me due to my combination/oily skin, but when I check around lunchtime after wearing a mask at the office, it's slightly worn off. It's a bit inconvenient having to touch up 2-3 times a day. I'll keep using this product. Although it's a bit pricey and you need to time group purchases to get it cheaper, it's rare to find a cushion that's gentle on combination and blemish-prone skin, minimizes darkening, and creates such a natural makeup look. Here are some tips: + When your skin feels dry, apply a mist before using this. + The puff is great. Don't use other puffs; buy extra of these instead. + If you pat it onto your skin multiple times, it adheres well and the staying power isn't bad. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 11, 2021
I've been using the pre-renewal product, and it's so gentle that even with my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes. It's hydrating and surprisingly offers good coverage. Unfortunately, there's only one shade available, so when applied, it doesn't give that radiant look at all. However, I would recommend this to those with super sensitive skin.
