I appreciate that it's on the more affordable side. Since it comes in a large size, I think it'll last for quite a while. Maybe because I have a sensitive, combination scalp, but after switching from another shampoo to this one, my scalp became itchy (more than with other shampoos). I've been using this product for over 7 years after falling in love with its scent from the very first use. It claims to provide protein care, but honestly, I haven't noticed any particular effects. I use this product solely for its fragrance. When you use the shampoo and conditioner together, the subtle fragrance becomes even more delightful!

I learned from the Hwahae app that the sulfates in the shampoo aren't good. The conditioner has a lot of XX extract, but it contains PEG and benzyl alcohol... It lathers well and has a familiar fragrance - it's a shampoo scent I've encountered many times before I was shocked to find my seborrheic dermatitis worsened and there was an alarming amount of dead skin cells. The scent is absolutely divine, it's becoming my holy grail product! It's easily accessible and the price point seems quite reasonable. I wish the ingredients were just a bit better. It's slightly disappointing that it doesn't completely eliminate oiliness.

I've alternated between this and other shampoos, but this product definitely works best for my hair. After drying, my hair feels the softest with this one. As someone with long hair reaching almost to my waist, the amount wasn't sufficient. I ended up emptying the bottle in about a month. Personally, I love the scent (though it might be polarizing due to its strength). After washing my hair with this, it feels incredibly soft and smooth. Plus, it's quite affordable when purchased online. It doesn't seem to rinse out easily. Even after multiple rinses, my hands sometimes feel sticky when touching my hair while it's drying. Maybe because of this, or for some other reason, I've noticed more hair fall recently, despite using it for over a year. I'm planning to switch to a different shampoo for a while. I used this when I had a perm, and it made my curls last longer. Compared to other shampoos, my curls didn't fall flat and seemed to have more bounce. I really like it! The downside is that it seems to require quite a bit of rinsing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 20, 2017
My scalp was so itchy that I got an arm workout from all the scratching This shampoo wreaked havoc on my scalp. It was itchy, cracked, and even bled. Probably the worst shampoo I've ever used. The fragrance is so lovely that I want to use it often. It's also great value for money. While the scent is nice, my scalp sometimes gets itchy. I wonder if some ingredients don't agree with me...
