I bought this with the intention of trying the entire series. The hydration is decent enough. There's a slightly sharp scent, but it's not bothersome. The price is affordable, and the ingredients are good. I bought it out of curiosity, but I can't figure out why I'm not feeling attached to it. Won't be repurchasing. - ky******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessSep 5, 2020
1. The absorbs well and doesn't leave a greasy shine, which is great. 2. The tube is sturdy. Some tube-type lip balms can split at the sides, but this one seems unlikely to do that. 3. It's gentle. My skin around the lips is super sensitive and sometimes gets contact dermatitis with new lip balms, but this one was fine. I bought the unscented version, but it has a distinct scent... It's slightly reminiscent of eating something you shouldn't (like paper..?), so applying it generously feels a bit uncomfortable. If it weren't for the scent, I would have given it about 4 stars... I probably won't repurchase. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 22, 2020
It seems worth trying at least once. The texture isn't overly thick or heavy. I didn't like the stiff texture, and it didn't have much effect on my lips with a lot of dead skin cells. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 1, 2020
Unlike other lip balms, this one doesn't have a shine, making it perfect for when you want to wear matte lipstick! It provides long-lasting hydration and keeps your lips moisturized. It's not unscented... There's a somewhat unpleasant, metallic smell to it. As mentioned above, it's great to use before applying matte lipstick or before bed for overnight moisture. - no****Dry SkinRecommendedOct 15, 2019
I love how it stays moisturizing even after a while. I apply it daily for my mom who's undergoing chemotherapy. It's supposed to be fragrance-free, but the scent is a bit off. It seems to get worse over time. - fl**********Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2019
It feels similar to other lip balms. It's great to apply generously before bed. I don't think there's anything to be disappointed about. I was worried because everyone said the scent was bad, but I found it to be fine. - am******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 25, 2019
It's a decent lip balm that you can use without any issues. I especially liked applying a generous amount before bed - my lips felt incredibly soft and supple the next morning. The scent is not great... There's a slight fragrance, but it's rather odd and unpleasant. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 19, 2019
This lip balm has less shine compared to others. Not sure why I need to fill 20 characters here. It has an unpleasant, coppery scent that's absolutely unbearable. Also, the hydration is practically non-existent. After buying this, I also got the Cooling Relief version because it was said to have a menthol scent. That one has an acceptable foreign mint fragrance like Halls, but it's a bit shinier than the original. Both have slight flaws compared to what I wanted, so I've given up on finding a matte lip balm with good hydration. I'll just embrace the glossy lip life.
