I think it's generally fine. The size is just right, making it easy to swallow. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it.

The packaging is great and the probiotics are excellent. After taking these, my constipation issues were resolved! I bought this during a sale and tried it. It helped with my digestion and made me feel comfortable inside. The price... When I wanted to buy it again, I found it was more expensive than I expected. What a bummer!
