Being in a pot form, there's no worry about it disturbing your existing makeup like liquid types might. I bought this based on a YouTuber's recommendation, but the results are disappointingly underwhelming. The yellowish tint makes the covered areas quite noticeable. The staying power isn't great either, as it tends to wear off after a while. - lo********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJul 22, 2023
The 17-19 shade is quite dark for my use. I bought it without knowing much about it, unfortunately. Being in solid form, it's great for covering small blemishes in specific areas. As time passes, it becomes matte and that area turns noticeably yellow, which I didn't like. It also seems to make dark spots appear more prominent. - he*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 24, 2023
Being a solid stick, it's easy to apply and has great coverage. If you choose the right shade for your complexion, you'll be all set! I tried it on before buying, but it's slightly darker than expected, so it's a bit noticeable. I think one shade lighter could be used without a cushion foundation. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 3, 2022
Even though it's shade 23, it's great for light application. I bought it to cover dark circles, but surprisingly it hides blemishes even better! It tends to sit on the skin a bit and can cause slight darkening. Also, it's better to apply with a brush rather than your fingers. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 12, 2021
I bought this to cover blemishes, and I highly recommend it for its excellent coverage and long-lasting wear. The only downside is that occasionally it can feel a bit cakey when applied, which is somewhat disappointing. - al*******Dry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2021
I have a lot of dark freckles and some scars, so I've tried countless concealers. Among the different formulas, solid types definitely provide better coverage. However, this one feels slightly creamy as it melts a bit when it touches your skin - it's like a solid+cream hybrid. While this can make your skin feel a bit heavy and cause makeup to separate faster, I couldn't give up on it because of its coverage. I was torn until I tried Catrice's liquid concealer, which I loved, so I decided to buy this product too. Every time I use Catrice concealers, I'm honestly amazed. They're incredibly affordable with great coverage, but they spread thinly and lightly without feeling heavy, so I keep reaching for them. I use the liquid concealer for broader coverage and this product for key areas that need more concealing. The result is so dramatic that even people around me are surprised by how different my skin looks. Yet it's so lightweight that it doesn't separate, and people can't even tell I'm wearing concealer. This product is truly my holy grail! If you're on the fence, you absolutely must try it! It's a bit disappointing that it tends to fade or break down relatively quickly unless you use a setting spray. For even better coverage, try patting it in with your fingers for a longer time! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 23, 2021
I bought this to cover my numerous facial spots, and its darker shade is perfect for concealing them. Plus, it's great value for money and has excellent coverage. Since I purchased it specifically for covering spots, I haven't found any drawbacks so far. For best results, apply a thick layer of concealer using a thin brush, then set it with powder. This technique ensures long-lasting, flawless coverage of blemishes.
