The All New Cushion was decent enough, but it doesn't make my skin look as pretty as I'd like. I've been using Clio cushions for years, and while I appreciate the wider range of shades they've come out with, beyond that... The staying power and coverage are noticeably different from the previous All New Cushion.. Unless you have really good skin, the complexion it creates... You'll need to manage your dead skin cells and hydration well for this to work... Also, couldn't they make the cushion case round? The square shape makes it bigger and thicker. It just takes up space unnecessarily. - ba*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsMar 25, 2025
When first applied, it gives an incredibly smooth skin finish that I really love As time passes, my pores become too noticeable, which isn't attractive If you apply it after a thorough skincare routine, the pores are less prominent - tt*********Dry SkinDark CirclesRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 28, 2025
I usually use shade 21, but after testing, I found it darker than expected. So I bought shade 19, and it's just perfect! The texture is between glowy and matte, and it doesn't pill, which is great! It gives a beautiful glow that I love, and the puff has a nice, bouncy texture that I'm really enjoying. It's the ideal cushion for seasonal transitions. If you apply too much skincare underneath, it can cause pilling. I recommend using a moderate amount of skincare products before applying this. - p9*******Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJan 7, 2025
The staying power is absolutely amazing! While other cushions tend to separate, pill, or fade away by lunchtime at school, this one doesn't budge at all. And the way it makes your skin look? Truly out of this world. It gives you that baby-soft complexion. I'm begging you, just buy it already! Being semi-matte, it does transfer a bit during the summer months. The coverage isn't particularly high, so I use a separate concealer. - a6*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 21, 2024
It creates a moisturized appearance with improved skin texture. The application is smooth and easy. When used alone, it may slightly emphasize pores. I recommend using it over a well-performing matte cushion or for touch-ups. - br*********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsOct 25, 2024
It hardly darkens later, and I found it absorbs well when applying. The next day, my skin felt strange. When I checked, my T-zone, chin, and forehead were all broken out. It was bumpy and red like comedonal acne. I don't usually have super sensitive skin, but it seems my skin doesn't agree with Clio. - lo*******Dry SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsOct 16, 2024
I bought this during a sale and found it to be more hydrating than typical cover cushions, with a nice glow. When my skin is in good condition and I apply it well, it looks flawless and beautiful. I didn't feel like it provided thin, natural coverage. If you use slightly too much product, it shows all your pores, even if you don't have particularly large ones. It's not terrible, but it's not a holy grail item for me. I'll probably try something else next time. - no*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRednessRecommendedOct 5, 2024
Texture: Definitely thinner than previous Clio products. It doesn't apply too thick, making it perfect for daily use. Finish: Sets to a semi-matte finish, preventing dead skin cells from showing. Shade: I usually use shades 17-19, and 19N was just right. It's not particularly brightening, but gives a neutral, calm complexion. While I initially loved the thin texture when first applied, I was disappointed that it didn't provide additional coverage when I tried to layer it. I'd only recommend this to those who already have fairly good skin or don't mind less coverage! - sq********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 2, 2024
The skin finish is absolutely beautiful. When first applied, there's a subtle glow that looks natural, as if it's your own skin. I loved how it creates such a seamless, skin-like appearance. It goes on incredibly thin, which is great. This cushion isn't difficult for beginners to use - it's just a comfortable, user-friendly cushion foundation. While it creates a pretty skin finish, it applies so thinly that the coverage is a bit lacking. However, I think you can compensate for this by layering it a few times to build up the coverage to a decent level. - gj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 22, 2024
First off, I have combination dehydrated skin and I'm a cushion nomad who usually uses Wake Make cushion in shade 21! As of September 21, 2024, I purchased this in a value set that included both the Finish Powder Pact and a refill. - When I first applied it, it adhered to my skin with a moisturizing, bouncy feel, and I felt the coverage was excellent! - After going out and returning home, I noticed that it held up well without creasing on my forehead, around the eyes, and cheeks. - After going out and returning home, I noticed some creasing and accentuation of dead skin cells around blemish areas, sides of the nose, and under the nose.
