Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it provides a natural brightening effect without leaving a white cast. The moisturizing formula makes it an excellent base for makeup. I've been using this for years because it doesn't cause any blemishes and feels gentle on my skin. This sunscreen is so satisfying that I can hardly find any drawbacks. I'm thoroughly pleased with its performance. It works hard to protect and enhance my complexion, making it a staple in my daily skincare routine. - lj**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 29, 2024
This product made me question the concept of clean beauty. Despite its not-so-impressive ingredients, it doesn't cause any blemishes even after 8-10 hours of wear. It makes my skin look amazing after application. However, if you apply too much, it can pill and leave finger marks when touched. It's also quite rich, so you need to apply it in thin layers. The texture doesn't seem suitable for reapplication. In bright sunlight, you might need to mix it with organic sunscreen or apply it over a mineral sunscreen for better protection. Make sure to shake the product well before use. For your skincare routine before applying this, use products that are hydrating but not oily. - tu********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 27, 2024
Great sunscreen for oily skin types. It's a solid choice. Dry skin might find it a bit dehydrating. Just a heads up! - ye*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 15, 2024
First off, I love how effective the sun protection is. I used it before the rainy season when the sun was strong, and it prevented sunburn perfectly. As someone who's skeptical of Korean sunscreens, I was looking for a mineral sunscreen among foreign brands. It's surprisingly hard to find a mineral sunscreen with PA++++. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't dry out my skin. It feels like it's packed with oils, making it easier to cleanse compared to other mineral sunscreens. I think it'll be perfectly suitable for winter use too. While it's hard to find mineral sunscreens with severe white cast these days, this product leaves an extremely noticeable white cast. It's so intense that it makes me question how other SPF50/PA++++ products achieve their ratings without such a strong white cast. I understand it's unavoidable due to its high protection, but still. Also, mineral sunscreen ingredients tend to be drying, so they've made this very oily to compensate. As a result, it's quite greasy and transfers easily. The texture and white cast aren't to my liking, so I'm considering compromising with a PA+++ mineral sunscreen instead. However, among easily available foreign products, this is the only mineral PA++++ sunscreen, so I'm torn. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars! I bought this as a 1+1 deal on a department store website, but you really need to time it right. Honestly, paying around $50 per tube is a bit much... - lb******Combination SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMar 16, 2024
It's great for acne-prone, sensitive skin - non-irritating, provides excellent sun protection, and spreads smoothly for easy application. While I appreciate that it's a mineral sunscreen, the lack of coverage is disappointing as it doesn't offer much color correction. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2023
As someone with oily, sensitive skin, this is the only sunscreen that doesn't cause blemishes for me. I wish the price was a bit more budget-friendly, but there's really no substitute for this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 2, 2022
As someone with sensitive skin, I've always avoided products with oils and have been using Clinique since I was young. Although I had to stop using it when my blemishes worsened with mask-wearing, I was always satisfied with this product. It had just the right amount of richness, making my skin look great and my makeup apply beautifully. Even as my makeup wore off, it faded gracefully. The sunscreen effect was also excellent, so I didn't have to worry about freckles or other sun damage. When mask-wearing became necessary, managing my blemishes became challenging, leading me to discontinue use. While there were multiple factors, the most significant issue was the development of inflammatory acne. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2021
Great for dry, sensitive skin without causing blemishes. It brightens the complexion, so it's perfect to use on its own. It feels a bit rich on the skin. The amount is somewhat small, and it seems difficult to get the last bit out of the container. - do**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 11, 2021
It absorbs well and doesn't pill! It's also quite easy to wash off. If you prefer a water-like texture, you might find this a bit thick. - gl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2020
For a mineral sunscreen, it applies incredibly smoothly and doesn't leave a significant white cast. It makes my skin too oily and causes darkening, making my complexion look dull. While the minimal white cast is generally a plus, for me it's a drawback. When I wear this alone, I find the tone correction isn't strong enough, which is disappointing.
