The So Natural All Day Sun Fixer in pink is an excellent product for a no-foundation makeup look in summer. With the humid weather and excessive sweating, I've been keeping my makeup as light as possible. This product provides as much brightening as a dedicated brightening moisturizer. It gives your complexion a radiant look and even covers small blemishes. The finish is incredibly powdery, so it doesn't feel sticky at all. It's great because it offers sun protection while evening out your skin tone. It's also perfect for applying to your neck after doing your makeup. At first, it might appear too intense, but instead of using makeup tools like sponges or puffs, gently pat it in with your hands for better absorption and even application. Due to its powdery finish, it can be drying, so it's crucial to focus on hydration rather than oil in your skincare routine beforehand. For those with super sensitive skin, it's advisable to patch test before full application to check for any potential irritation or allergic reaction. The product works hard to provide both sun protection and complexion enhancement, making it a versatile addition to your daily routine, especially for combination dehydrated skin types looking for that coveted Inner Glow. - gk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJun 27, 2025
I love how this sunscreen feels so light and powdery! It's not bad for oily skin types, and I appreciate that the texture isn't too runny when applying. The subtle brightening effect makes it a nice base for makeup. Since my skin is on the sensitive side, it feels a bit itchy for me. I wouldn't recommend this to those who dislike the white cast effect, as it can make you look too pale. Considering the price, I'm disappointed that it's causing irritation and doesn't suit my skin well. It feels like a waste of money. The review highlights both positive and negative aspects of the sunscreen. For those with oily skin, it seems to work well and provides a nice base with a subtle brightening effect. However, people with sensitive skin might experience irritation. The white cast effect could be a drawback for some users. Overall, the product's suitability appears to vary depending on individual skin types and preferences. - rl*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 12, 2025
Skin type: Dry, Sensitive 💗 Texture It has a salmon-colored texture similar to a brightening moisturizer with SPF. Rather than feeling hydrating, it has a glowy, rich texture. 💗 Tone correction This is my first time using a sun fixer, and I'm not sure how to feel about it... It does even skin tone, but it's a bit shiny, so it might be okay for use on its own. I wouldn't recommend applying makeup over it. ✔️ User experience Unfortunately, the color isn't a great match for me. When applied, it doesn't give a pretty glow but rather looks shiny, which isn't my preferred skin finish. Interestingly, right after application it feels rich and shiny, but after a while, it feels dry and sits on top of the skin, making me reluctant to use it again. - yu*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 5, 2025
I got to try this product through The Hwahae Testers, and it exceeded my expectations. The pink brightening effect looked natural, instantly making my skin appear brighter. It adhered lightly to my skin, so even after multiple applications, it didn't feel heavy. There was hardly any dryness or white cast typical of mineral sunscreens, making it great for daily use. It also had a skin-smoothing effect, so I used it like a primer before makeup. It went on smoothly without pilling, resulting in less foundation or cushion breakdown. When applied in thin layers before touch-ups, it created a clean, bright base. For combination dehydrated skin leaning towards dry, it might feel a bit drying when used alone. Due to its matte finish, on days when my skin wasn't properly prepped, it slightly accentuated dead skin cells. Applying it with light, tapping motions using a puff as the final step of skincare improved its adherence. Using a very thin layer of moisturizer before application helped achieve the brightening effect without flaking. On makeup-free days, I often used this product alone for a lively, polished look. I kept it in my purse and reapplied small amounts on sunny days to adjust both my complexion and sun protection simultaneously. - lc*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 30, 2025
Dry Skin Texture The consistency isn't thick, but rather medium, which made it easy to apply without feeling sticky. I liked that it didn't leave a greasy shine. For a brightening moisturizer with sun protection, it spreads quite smoothly without feeling heavy. Brightening Effect It provides just the right amount of brightening, giving your complexion a lively appearance with just this one product. The staying power is decent, but be careful with the amount you use. If you apply too much, it can look cakey, so it's best to control the quantity. Dryness If you're not diligent with your skincare routine, it can lead to dryness and some patchiness. It's recommended to be thorough with your skincare regimen. - to******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsMay 25, 2025
The brightening effect was definitely noticeable... When I first applied it, my complexion certainly looked more radiant. It might be because I don't do proper skincare, but... The product didn't seem to adhere well to my makeup! Especially on humid or hot days, my face felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to remove my makeup as soon as possible. I wanted it to feel as thin and light as possible, but... it felt like I was wearing a thick mask on my face. I couldn't quite figure out how to use the fixer effectively. While the product did provide a noticeable brightening effect, it fell short in terms of comfort and wearability, particularly in challenging weather conditions. The lack of adherence to makeup and the heavy feeling on the skin were significant drawbacks for this user, who was seeking a lighter, more breathable option. - rt*****Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 10, 2025
User's skin type: Dry, shade 20, hyperpigmentation, slightly visible pores - Application: It goes on smoothly at first, then sets to a powdery finish. The application is decent, but it sets rather quickly, so you need to work fast! - Skin appearance: Initially, it looks quite bright, but it settles nicely after a while. It feels powdery to the touch, but surprisingly gives a subtle glow to the skin. If you're not a fan of glow, powder is a must! There's hardly any coverage, but it evens out the complexion well. - Longevity: I found it to have good staying power! I've tried it with So Natural's fixer too, but even without it, the product's strong setting power ensures it lasts well. - Great as a foundation-free option! - When I first started using it, it felt like a revolutionary product, but on days when my skin wasn't in good condition, it started pilling right from application. You really need to prep your skin with lots of toner to ensure adequate hydration... - Instead of just rubbing it in with your hands, applying it with a spatula like you would with foundation results in more even tone correction and less pilling! I found that using a damp makeup sponge works really well too! - Personally, I think this might work better for those with oily skin rather than dry skin! Similarly, it's probably more suitable for summer use than winter. - gu***********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 10, 2025
Hello everyone! I'd like to share my honest review of the SUN TONE UP FIXX SPF50+ product I recently tried. The positives: The brightening moisturizer effect looks natural, and it suited my skin well when I used it in summer. What really impressed me was how it improved my makeup's staying power. Previously, my makeup would only last about 4 hours, but with this sunscreen, it easily stayed put for 7-8 hours. It wasn't sticky and absorbed well into my skin. The downsides: When I used it in spring, my skin became excessively dry. I have combination dehydrated skin that changes with the seasons, and in spring when my skin tends to be drier, it felt tight and rigid when I applied this. It might not be suitable for those with super sensitive skin. Also, I tend to sweat a lot, and I noticed it seemed to wear off quickly in areas where I perspire. I'd recommend using this more in summer rather than spring. It seems to work better for oily/combination skin types rather than dry skin. - ch***********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 8, 2025
I loved how the emulsion spread easily on my face without looking cakey, giving me a natural brightening effect! After application, my hands felt a bit sticky. Also, when I applied it on my body without the emulsion, it didn't blend well. The hydration level was slightly disappointing. It stays on well if you apply it after completing your basic skincare routine. - ha*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMay 7, 2025
It gently brightens your complexion without being excessive. It applies smoothly and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. As it's made by a company known for good fixers, it has decent staying power. There's a slight dryness, so a good skincare routine is essential. It has a powder-like scent. There's a dry feeling, so you need to do a thorough skincare routine beforehand. It's good though.
