The scent is lovely. It effectively removes dead skin cells. I bought it because I love Dalba's essence and wanted to try another product from the same line. I had to stop using it because my skin kept flaking. To be honest, it didn't seem to suit me well, but it might work differently for others. It is gentle, though. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 24, 2021
I'm not really sure... The fragrance is nice though, but honestly, I'm quite uncertain about the rest. When I soak a cotton pad with this toner and pat it on my face, it foams up. I wonder why that happens... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2021
It's incredibly hydrating and dispenses well - I love it! I've been using this a lot lately. However, it's a bit disappointing that it seems to take a while to absorb into the skin. - sc*****Dry SkinMay 20, 2020
1. After seeing the ingredients on Hwahae, I thought it looked good and bought two bottles. Initially, I had some blemishes, but now I'm using it comfortably. 2. I like how it comes out smoothly. The semi-transparent container allows you to check how much is left. 3. The texture is very watery, and after application, there's a slight rich feeling. I couldn't really notice any oil control function, but it was good for my dry skin during the changing seasons. 1. For the first week, I experienced red blemishes and spots. When I tried using it again after 2-3 weeks, it seemed fine. 2. Although it's a toner, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling. It feels like it might cause blemishes if used as a heavy base layer in midsummer. I'm not sure if it actually works for oil control. 3. Why does it foam when I apply it with a cotton pad for skin packing? At first, I thought it was leftover cleansing foam, but it's not. It's bothersome, so I'm using thick cotton pads, but it still foams a little. Instead of using it as an exfoliating toner, it seems better to pour some into a mist bottle, spray it on, and pat it in. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 3, 2020
As someone with oily skin, I find this to be a decent balancing toner. I usually apply an exfoliating toner, mist, and then moisturizer, but at some point, I felt like my skin wasn't getting enough hydration and became dry, so I bought this. When I use this at the toner step, I definitely don't experience any dryness. It's not overly rich or heavy on the skin either. However, after applying it and touching my face, I can feel a slight sheen or oiliness. Depending on my skin's condition, there are times when it feels a bit too heavy. Also, I didn't realize when I bought it, but after checking the Hwahae app, I found out it contains lavender oil, which isn't great for sensitive skin. Maybe because of this, I'm experiencing some blemishes. I think I'll switch back to a gentler toner, even if it means dealing with some dryness... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2020
It seems to balance oil and moisture well, as I'm not getting any blemishes. I usually break out immediately if there's too much oil... Maybe that's why it's called 'balancing'. The initial feel isn't super light, but after applying, there's no deep dryness. When I use it with a cotton pad, I can definitely see a difference in complexion between the treated and untreated areas, and my blackheads have become less noticeable. It feels like it's removing dead skin cells too. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, it works so well for me that I don't really have any complaints. However, I'm really disappointed that I couldn't get the new bubble toner during the recent event. That's a shame! When you consistently use it in your skincare routine with a cotton pad, it definitely helps remove dead skin cells and reduces the appearance of blackheads. Even though I have combination dehydrated skin, there's no deep dryness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 15, 2020
Dalba Peptide No-Sebum Balancing Toner Have you heard of this Dalba product? It's one of my favorite toners! This product comes in two types with the same formula. One is the typical toner we're familiar with, and the other is a mousse-type formulation. I usually use the regular toner with a cotton pad, but when I do a toner mask, I opt for the mousse version! The reason is that despite being a water-based toner like the original, the mousse type has a delightful effervescent quality that makes the texture incredibly soft. It almost feels like a cream! Though it's clearly a liquid, it transforms into this velvety sensation. When I apply it to my skin with a cotton pad, it seems to absorb even better. I'm sure you're already familiar with Dalba's ingredients, right? According to Hwahae, it contains no harmful ingredients, which explains why it's so gentle and perfect for daily use. As a toner enthusiast who's quite picky about toners, I find myself reaching for this one every day! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle toner that's great for both toner masks and daily use! Since it's a water-based formula, it would be nice if it came in a larger size. When your skin is feeling tired, try soaking a cotton pad with plenty of toner and use it as a mask. It works wonders and your skin recovers so quickly! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 7, 2019
I've been using this as an exfoliating toner and haven't encountered any major issues throughout the entire bottle. Occasionally, when I apply it with a cotton pad, it sometimes foams up unexpectedly. I'm not sure why this happens. I've only been using it as an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad, but I think it would also work well as a skin pack. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 6, 2019
Absorbs well and has great absorption. The volume is larger than expected. I have super sensitive skin and carefully read the reviews on Dalba's website through the green window before purchasing. However, it caused a severe breakout of blemishes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 15, 2018
The large volume is great, and it feels incredibly moisturizing and plumping when applied! The product is also gentle, so I didn't experience many blemishes! It's an excellent pack to use as a toner mask~ As someone with oily skin, I think this might be better suited for those with dry skin types! After using this product, I noticed my skin became quite rich in oils. It might be perfect for combination dehydrated skin during winter! Also, when applying, it lathers up slightly. I've heard this lathering is fine due to the ingredients, but it might feel a bit off-putting to some!
