The delicate warm pink-rose color gives your lips a subtle, healthy flush, making it perfect for a natural look. This water tint has a thin, buttery texture infused with hydration. Compared to other water-based tints, it's less drying on the lips. Unlike other water blur tints that tend to change color over time, often becoming more vibrant or pink, this TONYMOLY Waterfull Butter maintains its original shade. This means you don't have to worry about unexpected color changes. As mentioned earlier, it's not very drying, so it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells or cause deep dryness on your lips. However, since it's closer to a matte tint formula, proper lip care is still essential. The scent is subtle - a sweet and nutty butter fragrance that lingers pleasantly. As mentioned in other reviews, the staining can be a bit patchy. While the two colors I purchased this time are on the lighter side and therefore less noticeable compared to darker shades, they still tend to stain only the inner part of the lips. When applied in a single layer, there's hardly any transfer. However, if you want more color payoff and apply 2-3 layers, you might experience some transfer. For best results with this tint, consider using a lip scrub beforehand to ensure an even application. Also, you might want to use a lip balm as a base to enhance the hydration and prevent any potential patchiness. Remember, building up the color gradually can help achieve a more even stain while minimizing transfer. - yo******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedJun 22, 2025
There was no "yogurt effect" (uneven application), and I think it would work well for those with warm spring undertones. The price is affordable, making it a great option for students. The staying power wasn't great when applied. The color payoff was a bit sheer, which might actually make it suitable for students. - st********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 1, 2025
It was a bit warm for my cool undertones! It's like when you apply a lavender tint and suddenly can't get any prettier. The formula itself creates a beautiful over-lip effect, so if you're torn between MLB B colors, I highly recommend this one! If you have a lot of dead skin cells on your lips, it might be a bit challenging to use. That's why I suggest slightly hydrating your lips to soften the dead skin cells before applying. For those with super sensitive skin or prone to allergic reactions, it's always a good idea to patch test new products before full application. This brightening moisturizer not only evens out your skin tone but also provides a nice glow without feeling sticky. It absorbs well and doesn't cause pilling, making it great for layering in your daily skincare routine. - ck*****Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 7, 2025
The color is just so beautiful... I'm on my third bottle and I'll use it forever! It's a bit too matte, and sometimes it develops a yogurt-like texture - by********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 24, 2025
This velvety tint feels like applying melted butter, absorbing lightly into the lips. It goes on moisturizing and then sets to a velvet finish that adheres well. It's more buttery and softer than a water blur tint. The subtle, warm light pink shade works great as a base color. True to Tonymoly's reputation, it has excellent staining power. The color intensifies with each layer, so be mindful of how much you apply. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, if you apply too much, it can create a 'yogurt effect' (pilling). - ha*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 28, 2025
The color is beautiful and looks natural when applied to the lips! While the swatch on my hand appears slightly warm-toned, it gives more of a light undertone when applied to the lips. The staying power isn't particularly impressive, and it tends to settle into fine lines a bit. - wk************Dry SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedOct 2, 2024
I received a mini size as a gratis gift when I bought shade 13, and I ended up using it even more than shade 13! Now that I've used it all up, I'm planning to buy the full-size product. It's perfect for my deep undertone and cool skin. I love how it works beautifully both as a base lip color and on its own. The texture is so soft and pretty! If you don't apply it carefully, you might get a 'yogurt flakes' effect. It's best to apply it precisely or, if it stains, gently wipe it once after application. - gy******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 13, 2024
The texture is unique and the color is beautiful. It feels velvety soft when applying, but once it dries, it's as light as a water tint without feeling like you've put anything on your lips. I love tints that stain, so I was also satisfied with that aspect. In the photos, the right side shows the Cool Rosy shade, while the left is the Rosette Rose color. It can feel a bit dry when it sets, and the outer edges of the lips don't stain as well, so you might want to touch up with a lip liner. The Rosette Rose shade has a slightly muted tone and applies sheer, so those with naturally darker lips might feel it doesn't show up as much.
