It doesn't irritate my skin and feels incredibly lightweight. At first, the water-like texture made me skeptical, and it seemed like it wasn't absorbing well. However, when I gently patted it in, it left my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated. After application, I noticed it didn't leave any oily residue and had a nice matte finish, which is why I highly recommend it for those with combination dehydrated skin. I've been repurchasing this toner for over two years since I found my holy grail! The extremely watery texture doesn't absorb well if you just apply it like other toners. It can feel like it's just sitting on top of the skin. Instead of rubbing it in, try gently patting it onto your skin with your hands for better absorption. Also, the absorption dramatically improves if you exfoliate first, so I definitely recommend removing dead skin cells before use!
