I've been using this product for about two months, and I'm impressed with the results. My skin texture has become smoother, I haven't experienced any blemishes, and I've noticed a gradual improvement in my fine lines. It's definitely a product I want to continue using consistently. The only downsides are the slightly high price point and the small size of the product. Otherwise, it's great all around. - db********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 2, 2025
The product has a yellow formulation that's rich in oils and feels slightly substantial. Highly recommended for those with dry skin. This product can give your face a yellowish tint. It's better suited for nighttime use rather than morning application. Due to its high oil content, use this as an additional layer after your regular moisturizer for extra nourishment. - 21*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
When my skin is in really bad shape, applying this product shows visible improvements by the next day. It's truly remarkable! The only downside is the price point, which means I have to use it sparingly. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints. - yk********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 2, 2024
I recently switched from a retinol product to this retinal one, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how satisfied I am. While my previous retinol product occasionally caused irritation, this retinal cream is completely gentle. I love how it absorbs well into my skin, leaving it feeling firm and comfortable. Usually, high-performance products can be irritating or feel heavy, but this cream is different. It has a light, fresh texture while still providing ample hydration, making it perfect for daily use without any burden. There's no stickiness at all, so I'd recommend it even to those who dislike tacky products. It's rare to find a high-performance cream with such a mild and refreshing feel. I think this cream would be beneficial not only for those with skin concerns but also for those with super sensitive skin or those hesitant about using potent skincare products. The price is quite high... But I understand since retinal is such an expensive ingredient! If you're new to retinal, you might be concerned about irritation from this high-performance product. However, with an adjustment period, you can use it much more comfortably. When first using it, try mixing it with your regular moisturizer in a 3:7 ratio (retinal:moisturizer) and apply to your face. This method allows your skin to adapt more easily, and you'll notice a subtle Inner Glow when you wake up in the morning. After about 1-2 weeks of use, if you don't experience any tingling sensation, try applying a small amount to the back of your hand, gently rubbing it in, before applying to your face. This approach helps your skin adapt more stably and maximizes the effects of retinal. - am*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJun 21, 2024
Not sure about its effectiveness, but it's easy to control the amount used. For a retinol product, it has good moisturizing power. The texture is really rich and has a high oil content. It's expensive. Even with discounts, it's still around $50, which is a bit burdensome. The formula is very rich and oily, making it feel heavy for combination to oily skin types in summer. Also, due to its lack of effectiveness, I applied more, but it didn't absorb well. - rh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 9, 2024
I absolutely love how it tackles both pores and wrinkles at once! The effects are so noticeable, and I could see my skin visibly improving. It's been incredibly effective in clearing up my blemishes, so I've really grown to adore this product! It feels a bit rich, so if you apply too much, your skin might feel slightly overwhelmed. - gk*********Combination SkinRecommendedMay 5, 2024
Did you know that retinal is a more potent ingredient than retinol? In the case of Fortissimo, it has a higher concentration of retinal compared to other retinal products from Dr. Different! Although it's recommended to start with a small amount of retinal and gradually increase usage, I was a bit too eager... I bought the high-concentration version right away. Instead, I used less product and mixed it with other creams to dilute it, gradually increasing the amount I applied. In conclusion, it seems to work well for me! These days, I'm only getting about 3-4 hours of sleep and living a really irregular lifestyle, but my skin hasn't been acting up. Usually, my skin texture would be affected and I'd be breaking out... I think it's all thanks to this product! It can be quite intense, so those with super sensitive skin should probably avoid using it. You shouldn't apply it during the day! It should only be used as part of your nighttime skincare routine. I recommend using a very small amount mixed with other creams like I do. After applying it and sleeping, make sure to cleanse thoroughly in the morning and don't forget to apply sunscreen! - 83*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2023
Wow. It's rare to find products that show real results every time you use them, but this one truly delivers. When I apply it in three 2-3cm strips across my face before bed, I can visibly see how much better my makeup goes on the next day! My skin texture has improved so much that there's even a subtle glow - I asked my mom and she confirmed my skin looks noticeably better!! Despite being only 30 grams, it lasts surprisingly long since you don't need to use a lot. The product has a rich texture, but the pointed tip makes it super easy to control the amount. It's great for spot treating or applying all over - I found that even a small amount spreads thinly and evenly. It has a slight richness that makes it glide on smoothly without any dryness! With its high 0.15% retinol content, it's great for anti-aging, which is why they call it the 'Plump Cream' haha. I really hope it lives up to its name and makes my skin plump! One downside of retinol used to be that you could only use it at night, but Dr. Different's product maintains stability even when exposed to light, time, and high temperatures, so you can use it during the day too!! This is actually a huge advantage - I always got confused using two different retinol products and had to be extra careful about sun protection. So I'm really satisfied with this aspect. Even though I'm not particularly sensitive to retinol, I was impressed that despite the high concentration, there was zero irritation. I could use it even on days when my skin was sensitive, or after exfoliating, without any tingling at all. It's truly non-irritating! To be honest, I haven't seen dramatic wrinkle improvement in the short term, but my overall skin condition has improved so much! I think with consistent use, it will help reduce fine lines and protect my skin from extensive sun damage. An unexpected bonus is how moisturizing it is. I didn't expect any hydration benefits, but even with a small amount, my skin doesn't feel dry at all! I usually slather on moisturizer and other creams, but while using Vita Lift A, I've significantly reduced the amount of other products I use. It's a product I want to keep using even after finishing the tube. I reach for it whenever my skin needs a boost! There's not really anything bad to say, but since you only need to use a small amount, if you try to squeeze out too much, it feels like the tube might burst! But it's not a major inconvenience.
