Unlike many vitamin/brightening essences or ampoules that often have an intense yellow color and apply sticky, this one doesn't, which I really appreciate. It absorbs well and doesn't cause pilling when applied before makeup. I didn't experience any blemishes from using it. The hydration is quite good, making it suitable for combination dehydrated skin or those with dry skin. I think I noticed some fading of blemish marks after using this product, but I can't say for certain... The amount is small compared to the price... If it were just a bit cheaper, I'd repurchase without hesitation. It's better to use a beauty device to help it absorb rather than just applying it with your hands! It has a slightly runny texture, but when I apply this and then layer on some Laneige, my skin looks amazing the next morning! As someone with combination and super sensitive skin, this product worked really well for me! The main downside is the small amount you get.. Everything else about it was great though. This serum has a unique consistency that absorbs well into the skin. It pairs wonderfully with other products in a nighttime skincare routine, especially for those with combination dehydrated skin prone to irritation. The results are noticeable, giving a healthy glow and improving overall complexion. I'm not really sure about its brightening effects. It's supposed to be a blemish-targeting serum, but the results aren't that impressive for the price, so I've stopped using it. The packaging is lovely, and when applied, it gives a beautiful glow without feeling sticky. It has a refreshing feel on the skin. However, it didn't suit my skin. The morning after using it, my skin looked fine visually, but when I washed my face, I could feel that the texture had become rough to the touch. Also, I wasn't impressed with the price or the quantity. This one contains niacinamide, a whitening ingredient approved by the FDA, along with other brightening agents like phloretin, ferulic acid, ascorbic acid, and tocopherol. These ingredients work together to address skin pigmentation, brighten the skin, and improve skin texture and tone. The concept of 'slow aging' doesn't mean rejecting aging, but accepting it gradually. After applying, I wait a few minutes, and during this time, my skin feels plump without any tightness. - Absorption: Considering its excellent hydration, it absorbs surprisingly quickly. Rather than evaporating, it feels like it's truly penetrating deep into the skin. You can feel your skin becoming more supple. Results: When used alongside a Vitamin C serum, it noticeably fades recent pigmentation! It's truly effective for brightening. Above all, it significantly improves skin texture. Your skin develops a glow visible even from afar. I've received numerous compliments on my skin since using this. The glow persists even after applying sunscreen or other products on top. It's crucial to use both together for optimal results. Using just one, especially the niacinamide product alone, won't yield noticeable effects. While it might be a bit pricey, I strongly suggest using both products in tandem. 2. After finishing several bottles of each, I've noticed my complexion looks clearer and more translucent. My pores are barely visible, and my skin feels much firmer. This combo is the best I've tried in years! 3. The gold standard for Vitamin C products is Skinceuticals CE Ferulic, but at $255 for 30ml, it's quite an investment. Even with discounts, you're looking at $200 minimum, lasting only about 4 months. 4. These two Physiogel serums, while slightly different in texture and not as rich as CE Ferulic, have left me very satisfied. For the price of one bottle of CE Ferulic, you can get 3 bottles each of these 20ml serums, lasting over 6 months. 5. I believe the best skincare routine uses effective, affordable products consistently within your budget. I'll keep using this duo until I find something even better. 6. The Daily Immune Glow Essence in this set can be used like a toner. It truly gives you that 'glow' as the name suggests! 7. These products changed my belief that anti-aging essences for my age group should only come from department store brands. They've adapted well to my sensitive skin without causing any blemishes. 8. Remember, don't just use the Demelanaizer alone. Always pair it with the Physiogel Scienceuticals Daily Immune (8% Vitamin C + Ferulic Acid) Ampoule for best results. 1) The white emulsion texture makes it difficult to control the amount dispensed through the dropper. I wish it came in a pump bottle instead. 2) While I use it up quickly, some friends have mentioned crystallization occurring if it's kept for too long. 3) Apart from the dropper issue, there aren't any major drawbacks. Niacinamide is a common ingredient in anti-aging products, usually at 3-5%. Using a high-concentration niacinamide product alone isn't very effective. You've probably tried famous products like Paula's Choice or The Ordinary with over 10% niacinamide, but couldn't stick with them due to uncomfortable application and lack of remarkable results. I believe niacinamide works best in synergy with other ingredients. Combinations like Vitamin C and niacinamide, Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, or Vitamin C and Vitamin E can be adjusted based on your skin condition and season for the best anti-aging effects.
