After cleansing my face, there was zero tightness and the hydration was maintained. Ingredients: While Physiogel isn't natural, it uses non-irritating ingredients, so you can use it with peace of mind. This product is the same. Packaging: The pump dispenser is hygienic. Cleansing effectiveness: My makeup routine varies drastically. On minimal days, I only use sunscreen, while on full-glam days I do liner, mascara, and a full face. It doesn't remove color cosmetics or foundation well. Even with just cushion foundation, I had to re-cleanse after seeing residue on my toner pad. For full makeup, I use makeup remover, then Physiogel cleanser, then foam cleanser. However, for color cosmetics, I find cleansing water more effective than the Physiogel cleanser, so I use that. I mainly use this product on days when I wear minimal makeup. After using this, I wipe with a cotton pad and then rinse with water.
