I have an oily scalp and always struggle with inner blemishes, but since using this, those issues have drastically reduced. If you don't use a treatment after washing, your hair feels extremely dry. It seems like I'm experiencing less hair loss. I continued using this shampoo during pregnancy because it was labeled as a pregnancy-safe shampoo. But today, after checking the ingredients, I was horrified. I'm so upset. I bought this shampoo after experiencing it at Juno Hair salon - the fragrance is absolutely divine! Being specifically formulated for the scalp, it has a slightly cooling sensation. What's great is that even without using a separate conditioner, it leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft and smooth. Since it's designed for the scalp, it has a bit of a 'cool shampoo' feel to it. There's a slight tingling sensation, which might not be ideal for those with sensitive skin.

This product's reviews made me realize once again how personal cosmetics can be. Unfortunately, for my family who grew up eating the same food, drinking the same water, and aging together, this was the worst shampoo and conditioner we've ever used. My younger brother, myself, and our father all experienced scalp itching, hard blemishes, and small white spots. I bought three shampoos and one conditioner when they were on sale at Olive Young, attracted by the nice scent and the fact that it was made by a hair salon. We used about one and a half bottles of shampoo and two-thirds of the conditioner before giving up. We used more conditioner because the shampoo made our hair feel dry and rough. Our family isn't particularly sensitive, and we've never experienced such discomfort even with supermarket shampoos. I believe that adverse reactions to cosmetics are tied to body condition and living environment, so it's surprising that people with different routines and conditions experienced the same issues. When we stopped using the shampoo, everything went back to normal. They seemed to advertise it as having good ingredients, but now I understand why it wasn't actually that great. Pretty decent overall. Doesn't get cakey and seems suitable for oily skin. Feels like it rinses off well when washing. The scent isn't strong. While using this product, I definitely felt a noticeable reduction in oiliness. The ingredients seem really subpar for this product... I have partial hair loss, and after using this, the hair fall has visibly reduced. I'm currently using it after repurchasing. It's not a type that produces a lot of lather, and it doesn't make my hair greasy. I was shocked when I looked up the ingredients. It was quite a surprise! After using this, my hair feels stronger. When I wait a bit after shampooing, my scalp feels refreshingly cool (not artificially so). I think it's really great for summer use. I had no idea the ingredients were like this. If only the ingredients were better, it would have been my holy grail. It's a bit disappointing. I used to struggle with an oily scalp, getting dandruff after just 4 hours and developing scalp acne. But this product is my holy grail! It leaves my hair feeling cool and clean. Even in the hot summer, my hair stays bouncy all day long, even until the next morning... I've never experienced anything like this before! The frequency of my scalp acne has significantly decreased, and since my hair doesn't get greasy, styling is much easier too. I'm truly moved! Because it's silicone-free, your hair might feel a bit stiff right after washing. However, possibly due to the tangerine oil ingredient, once you blow-dry your hair, it becomes super soft. While the amount might seem small for the price, a little goes a long way - it lathers well and works great even for long hair! Though the price is high, I believe it's justified by the quality. Occasionally, when my scalp feels congested or itchy, or when I'm stressed or experiencing increased sebum production due to hot weather, I do my own scalp 'scaling' routine. I work up a good lather with the shampoo, apply it to my hair, and leave it for 3-5 minutes. As time passes, you can feel a cooling sensation from the menthol, refreshing your scalp. After rinsing, it feels amazing! I usually skip conditioner and finish with a rich hair oil. This brings my hair back to life beautifully! For everyday use, I wash until I feel that cooling sensation for better scalp care effects. If you don't like that cooling feeling, this product might not be for you!
