After using it, it gives a moisturizing feeling. The multi-step process makes you feel like you're really taking care of your skin. But I'm not really sure... Is it good? It was just okay... - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 28, 2020
After using this clay mask, my face looks slimmer! The hydration is amazing too. It's just really great overall. Nothing really, except it's a bit inconvenient to use and clean up at home. It's better when someone else applies it for you. Avoid using it on hot days, as it's a warming product that might make you feel uncomfortable. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 1, 2020
My face felt deeply hydrated, and since it's a clay mask, the moisture definitely lingered on my skin for quite a while. Unfortunately, there was a lot of excess powder flying around. It didn't adhere well to my face either. I couldn't really notice any lifting effects. Apply as much of the ampoule as possible before putting on the mask. Be careful of the excess powder - it can get into your eyes, so try to keep them closed if you can. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 25, 2020
I loved the cooling effect, and layering the clay mask over the sheet mask helped lock in the hydration for longer, keeping my skin feeling moisturized. The clay powder tends to flake off, and it doesn't seem to mold properly to the face contours. I'm not really sure what advantage the clay mask layer is supposed to provide... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 11, 2020
I could feel my skin becoming more radiant even after just one use. There's a lot of powder that flies off, but I don't see the supposed benefits of the plaster. Even after using 5-6 of them, I don't feel any tightening effect at all. Instead, I'm using it without the plaster pad, just the sheet alone, to brighten my complexion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinJun 26, 2019
It seems to provide slightly better hydration compared to using regular sheet masks There's a lot of powder fallout, and I'm not sure if it's actually better than regular sheet masks even with the added plaster layer on top - 06******Combination SkinSensitive SkinNov 28, 2018
I tried using just the gauze pack without the plaster, and then I used both together. When I used the plaster, it felt like I'd just had a professional facial at a dermatologist's office. My complexion brightened, blemishes faded, and my skin felt firm and plump. Please pay more attention to the ingredients. I understand the plaster might be necessary, but the powder is out of control. The bathroom floor, shower curtain, and sink are all covered in a powder party... If you're not afraid of a little powder for the sake of your skin... then I recommend it! - ll********Oily SkinSensitive SkinOct 1, 2018
The only positive aspect is that it can be applied up to the chin. First off, when you open the mask, there's not much essence. The sheet seems to be the thickest I've ever used. Maybe that's why there's barely enough essence to saturate the mask, with no extra left over. I tried it twice - the first time there was a bit more, but the second time it felt stingy, with just enough to wet the mask. Once applied, the mask is so thick it doesn't adhere well to the face. I had to cut it multiple times to make it fit. The clay mask that goes on top is a mess - the powder gets everywhere. You're supposed to mix it with essence, but there's not enough to properly apply the clay. It's hard to tell if the essence is absorbing into the skin or if the clay is soaking it all up. While others say their skin feels hydrated the next day and makeup applies well, I didn't notice any special hydration, and my makeup actually didn't go on as smoothly. The user experience, ingredients, and convenience - nothing about this product is satisfactory. It's one of the worst masks I've ever tried. Thankfully, I split it with my sister; I'd be even more frustrated if I'd bought it all for myself. The best tip is not to buy it at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinSep 5, 2018
I appreciated the extra material around the chin area. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. My skin started tingling as soon as I applied the mask. Concerned about the ingredients, I checked Hwahae, and sure enough... My skin felt a burning sensation, especially in sensitive areas like the philtrum and cheeks. I wondered if it was even safe to keep it on for 20 minutes. Those with super sensitive skin like me should probably avoid this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 23, 2018
It's unique, and most women love clay masks. The excess powder is no joke. It doesn't even give that tight, firming feeling on your face. I've only used it once, but I don't think I'll reach for it again. It's just too much hassle. When taking out the clay sheet, do it as slowly as possible. Apply plenty of ampoule and press it firmly onto your face to define your facial contours. Otherwise, it tends to fall off easily.
