I appreciate that the formula is quite firm, so it doesn't soften too quickly. However, I'm not sure about its moisturizing properties. The color seems to sit on top of my skin rather than blending in. - yu******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 14, 2025
I don't usually use lip balms, but I received this as a gift and tried it out. It applies incredibly moisturizing and smooth without even needing to prep my lips. I'm really satisfied! The color is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if the other shades are like this, but it's too vibrant to wear alone, yet not pretty enough. I think I'll need to mix it with other products when applying. - ss*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessApr 3, 2025
This is a great color to layer over a matte lip tint. It's moisturizing and gives a beautiful glow. There's some excess powder and the scent might be polarizing. The quality for the price is just average, and I wouldn't spend my own money on it. - rk*******Combination SkinAcne SkinMar 21, 2025
When first applied, it feels moisturizing with a subtle pink tint that gives a delicate glow The worst lip balm ever. When I applied it to my dry lips, it made all the dead skin cells flake off. I ended up going to the pharmacy for medicated balm instead. I received this as a gift and tried using it again, but it just caused more flaking. So frustrating! - gu*********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 1, 2024
A product with truly beautiful color payoff. It's fascinating how it appears pink when swatched on the hand, but transforms into a lovely orange hue when applied to the lips and photographed. This subtle orange shade is perfect for those who typically stick to cool-toned makeup but want to experiment. The formula is incredibly lightweight, and the packaging is conveniently portable, making it a satisfying purchase overall. None to mention. Considering the product quality and color payoff, the price point seems very reasonable. - sa*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 15, 2024
It's not too heavy and while it doesn't stain, the color retention is decent, making it easy to apply even if you're a bit clumsy. Although it's coral, it has a pink undertone, which works well for me as a cool-toned person. Unlike some lip balms that emphasize dead skin cells as they dry, this one keeps flakiness at bay and applies thinly, making it less burdensome. I used to prefer thicker balms that plump up dead skin cells, but after trying this, I appreciate how light it is. It's great for frequent application and easy to swipe on without a mirror when I'm out, so I've been carrying it around a lot! There's nothing particularly disappointing, but if you prefer a heavier application, you might find this lacking. - ma******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedSep 12, 2024
I received this as a gift and it's quite nice for everyday use. It's a very subtle lip balm, but it makes your lips feel soft and smooth. It has that signature MAC chocolate scent. For a lip balm, it's not extremely hydrating. It's better suited as a light lip balm for when you're out and about, rather than an intensely moisturizing treatment to use before bed. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMar 19, 2024
The case is beautiful and the product feels moisturizing. I'm extremely satisfied with the engraving service too! Personally, I'm not a fan of this MAC scent. It smells like chocolate? Not my cup of tea. - bu*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2023
Natural-looking color. Suits bare skin, giving a fresh and lively appearance. Moisturizing and perfect for daily use. Nothing particularly bad. The only drawback might be the price, which seems a bit high for a lip balm. - as*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDec 9, 2023
This subtle coral shade gives your lips a natural, healthy-looking flush. It's perfect for those times when you want the moisturizing effect of a lip balm but still desire a hint of color. The slightly sticky moisturizing layer lasts surprisingly long for a tinted lip balm. The color payoff is so subtle that it makes me wonder if there's any point in choosing between shades. Also, it has that distinctive MAC fragrance, which might be a bit bothersome. If you're in the market for a tinted lip balm, I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this one.
