For a matte lip product, it applies surprisingly well with a nice moisturizing feel. I'm really enjoying using it! It's hard to find since it's been discontinued! If you have both Ruby Woo and Chili, try mixing them to get a similar shade. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2020
If you love deep colors, you absolutely must buy this... It's a perfect shade that works from deep autumn tones all the way through winter cool tones!!! As far as I know, it's no longer available since it was a limited edition. I barely managed to get my hands on one. It's slightly matte and can clump a bit, so apply lip balm before using it! - tp**Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2019
This product is truly amazing! It's called Chili+Ruby, which means it's a color that suits both warm and cool tones. There's something magical about limited editions that makes them look even more beautiful! It's such a shame it was limited edition. I remember setting a reminder and rushing to the store to buy it! It's the sixth color in the photo. (The photo makes it look a bit more burgundy than it actually is.) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2018
Absolutely stunning! I own many red lipsticks, but this is truly my holy grail. It's heartbreaking that it's limited edition and I won't be able to get it again. It's like the perfect classic red, but with a slightly deeper hue. Limited edition... why does it have to be limited? Please make it part of the permanent collection! I have a deep autumn to deep winter complexion, and this lipstick is perfect for everyday wear. It's so flattering, I can't recommend it enough! - qo*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 24, 2018
I managed to snag this limited edition MAC bullet lipstick just three days after it hit the stores, thanks to a phone reservation. It's a collaboration shade combining Ruby Woo and Chili, resulting in a uniquely beautiful color. The disappointing part was... it leaned more towards Chili than Ruby Woo. I had previously tested the Ruby Woo bullet lipstick in-store and fell in love with the color, but it was too matte for me, so I opted for the Ruby Woo lip glass instead. I had high hopes for this collaboration, but despite looking gorgeous when I swatched the Lee Hi lipstick in-store, I found that with everyday wear, the Ruby Woo tone didn't come through as much as I'd hoped. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 17, 2017
The color was even prettier than what I saw online, a perfect muted shade for fall and winter. It wasn't too matte either! I loved it so much that I even bought some as gifts for my friends. There's hardly anything to complain about - I'm satisfied with everything from the color payoff to how it applies. It looks even more beautiful when applied as a gradient. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinNov 3, 2017
It's so beautiful! The color is really deep and slightly dark, but it looks even prettier when mixed with other lip products. There's absolutely nothing bad to say about it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 24, 2017
Hello there! I've rejoined to share this review. First off, the limited edition aspect of this Lee Hi lip product makes it a must-buy. The lip color is beautiful, combining MAC's best-selling shades Chili and Ruby Woo. It's absolutely stunning! There aren't many downsides, but the color might be a tad dark. Instead of brightening your face, it could make you look slightly darker. However, being a limited edition, it's still worth purchasing regardless. Since it's slightly matte, I recommend applying lip balm beforehand. - ka***********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAug 18, 2017
I immediately bought this because it's a blend of MAC's Chili and Ruby Woo shades. Since I don't have a hint of warm undertones, when I apply it as a full lip color, bam! The shade really makes a statement. There's nothing bad to say~ Nothing at all~ It's not MAC, MAC, MAC, but~ If I had to nitpick, they should have released it sooner.. sigh Go ahead and buy it, you won't regret it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAug 12, 2017
I tested it at the department store and loved it, so I bought it right away! They said it's a mix of Ruby Woo and Chili, but on my lips, I don't really get the Chili vibe. It's incredibly pretty though! When applied as a gradient, it's perfect for daily wear in summer! I think the full lip look would suit fall and winter better. What I loved most was that it's less matte than the traditional MAC lipsticks! You absolutely need to apply lip balm or lip primer before using this lipstick to prevent it from settling into lip lines and to ensure even application. I guess it's unavoidable due to its matte texture and intense color. Make sure to apply lip balm or lip primer before using!
