I was lucky enough to receive this through a Hwahae event! Taste: It's totally like milk or formula! The taste might be divisive... It wasn't really my favorite, to be honest. It's a fine powder type! The powder is so fine that if you're not careful, it might stick to your throat! I found it better to eat the powder first and then drink water. Size: It comes in a conveniently small size! Seems easy to carry around wherever you go. There wasn't really anything bad about it...! I absolutely love that I can get poly-gamma, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D all in one go! And most importantly, the taste! It's really delicious with a sweet milk flavor, so I think I'll be able to take it consistently. The powder particles are small and fine, dissolving easily in your mouth. I don't have any particular complaints, but if I had to find something, maybe it could potentially stick in your throat if not taken properly? It feels like I'm replenishing my calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D levels. If you're lacking any of these, definitely give it a try! When you eat it, there's this milk or formula smell that rises up to your nose. It's super savory, but people who dislike the smell of milk might want to avoid it. Also, there are these occasional sour bits in between, which isn't a pleasant sensation.

It's great to take with me when I'm going out or traveling! What I appreciated most is that it's in powder form, so I can take it anytime, anywhere, even without water! It's also fantastic sprinkled on Greek yogurt or regular yogurt, making it easy and tasty to incorporate into my diet. I find myself consistently remembering to take it.
